Thank you so much for today's workout - got the blood flowing! I do have a victory that I want to share. On Saturday I went with my son and his friends to a festival. We walked and stood all over the grounds for about 5 hours and I was able to keep up with them even though I was slower. I didn't have to use anything for support while walking - this made my son (and me, of course) very happy as I wouldn't have been able to do this earlier in the year. I know that I will keep improving and your videos have helped! Have most wonderful day!

Today I woke up with no desire to do anything! Didn't want to exercise, but just made myself! After a few minutes in, I thought how much energy you put into making these videos and keeping us inspired and how nice it was to have a new video to try out. At ten minutes in I was thinking 'I can do this" and by time it ended I was so grateful that I just made myself start! Thanks for all you do!

THE BEST cardio workout I've done in years! Thank you so much❤. I'm 57 and fit, I do cardio, interval and weight training. I have a degree in health and physical education, diploma in personal training and aerobics. I do most of my exercise via UA-cam, and I just found this jewel today. Absolutely perfect for me. Simple and easy, No joint impact, 30 seconds each, no stopping, no intro, no significantly boring or noticeable warm up or cool down. 10 stars from me, I'll be doing this again, and again. I did this workout to ibiza club classics 90s as another user had suggested. Great workout! When i would lose my rhythm, i would come back to you and there are you are going to the same rhythm which was very nice.

Here it is Week 4 of Series 3, and I finally found the workout for Day 6. I tried the first round, and realized right away that due to my rheumatoid arthritis, it was just way too much stress and pressure on my wrists and ankles. So, I found this one and I ABSOLUTELY love it. It will be among my favorites in the weeks beyond Series 3. Thanks for your excellent guidance and positive thoughts throughout all 3 Series. Even though this is cardio, you're getting in lots of strength exercises within it, too (especially hips, glutes and triceps). I just try to add them within the cardio so your body benefits in more ways than one:)
What I meant to say was the focus is on fun movement for my whole body and I am not trying to figure out what weight I should be using with each movement-I can just go with the flow and really enjoy your class!
While on the surface, this seemed fairly low key, it really worked my body! I love when that happens! And I really enjoy it when you make small changes to routine movements. You keep it fresh and it keeps me on my toes. Thanks Jules!

Thanks for starting Monday off with this new cardio. I do have to modify it by moving forward and back again so it doesn’t irritate my hip and back from standing in the same place. Modifying works. 😊
This one is my favorite! Some days I do it all at once, some days in 2 15's and other days in 3 10's but I always do it - plus strength training. I'm on day 6 and loving it!
I use a combination of music from Epidemic Sound and Power Music. If you use the 'Shazam' app, you can often figure out the artist and name of the songs. It's a great app!

Starting is definitely the hardest part. Congrats for starting it, and completing it! I often recommend to people to commit to 5-10 minutes, and often within that time, you'll become energized and before you know it, the workout is done:)

I took Sunday off after my goal of working out for 7 days straight. I’m back at it with this video for day #1 week 2. I can’t wait for the weight workouts, but since I’m not at home for a while, will continue without for now. Thank you Jules, for making workouts easy no matter where you are!😊💛
I'm sure you've read it many time, Jules, but I so much appreciate the gentle exercises such as this routine. I'm mobility challenged, needing to use a cane for balance, so exercise can sometimes be discouraging. But all of your exercise routines are so easily modified for my abilities, and are so easy to follow, I'm regaining the ability to walk without aid. I'm SO thankful for that!
Well I have to say, I wouldn't consider this a 'gentle' workout so you are doing very well with modifying this workout! I am very happy to know that you are enjoying the workouts and getting stronger by using them. Oh wow! This is a tough video to use if moving from seated to standing. I have 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate). If you're use to the seated workouts, my suggestion would be to start with the gentle standing workouts before going straight to the intermediate. I'm impressed that you managed this one, Kim!

Starting is definitely the hardest part. Congrats for starting it, and completing it! I often recommend to people to commit to 5-10 minutes, and often within that time, you'll become energized and before you know it, the workout is done:)

I'm with you on your last sentence, Joanne. I feel the same way. In regards to the preview window, I had been meaning to learn how to do that for ages...I finally got my husband to help me out and I can now do it on my own. I'll be using it from now on:)

I took Sunday off after my goal of working out for 7 days straight. I’m back at it with this video for day #1 week 2. I can’t wait for the weight workouts, but since I’m not at home for a while, will continue without for now. Thank you Jules, for making workouts easy no matter where you are!😊💛

I'm sure you've read it many time, Jules, but I so much appreciate the gentle exercises such as this routine.
I'm mobility challenged, needing to use a cane for balance, so exercise can sometimes be discouraging. But all of your exercise routines are so easily modified for my abilities, and are so easy to follow, I'm regaining the ability to walk without aid. I'm SO thankful for that!
Well I have to say, I wouldn't consider this a 'gentle' workout so you are doing very well with modifying this workout! I am very happy to know that you are enjoying the workouts and getting stronger by using them. I definitely look forward to reading about your progress in the future and hopefully you'll be so strong that the cane will no longer be needed:)💪

Progressing from seating exercises a little now. First big one! Sweating now!😊
Oh wow! This is a tough video to use if moving from seated to standing. I have 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate). If you're use to the seated workouts, my suggestion would be to start with the gentle standing workouts before going straight to the intermediate. I'm impressed that you managed this one, Kim!
