Hi Sheila. I am 66 and you make me feel like a slacker! 😄 You are inspiring. I have had personal trainers, belonged to a gym, taken HIIT classes, but I always seem to come back to these workouts. I speed them up a bit to provide an even more vigorous workout. I use my adjustable weight set for the strength training programs, too. I am so grateful for these free videos.

@@ImprovedHealth My legs keep getting stronger which makes exercise easier and much more rewarding. 5 years ago when I retired, I struggled to do ANY sit to stands. Squats and lunges were even harder and not even doable. I am so much stronger now. Your classes have been a game changer!

Recent subscriber. Love these workouts. Increasing my zone minutes immensely. Love being able to do at home, without having to walk outdoors in the hot “florida” sun each day. I generally, throughout the day, choose a few different time intervals, 10 minutes, 15, 20, just whatever works into my days schedule. Most days, I can accomplish 45 to 60 minutes, which I aim for 6 days per week. Jules, you make me want to complete my routines.

It's also great how you're trying different workouts since that way you'll target different areas and continuously challenge your body. We just danced this morning! We won’t get in a second workout tonight; we’re going to an “oldies” concert!! We’re excited for this little overnight trip. You know how we love the oldies! It’s called the “Happy Together” Tour…..and we are!!!!

I love the skater move. I think it’s really fun. My dancing involves some intervals for about 15 to 20 seconds and I also sometimes walk forward and backwards in time with the music. Fun fun fun. Thank you thank you thank you.

I really enjoyed that - since retiring I haves gotten to be a bit of a slug in the mornings so this has put a spring back in my step. I love dancing and it makes the excercise so simple to enjoy.
Totally agree!! Found you during lockdown. Now have returned after a break during which i have been diagnosed with dementia. My balance is v bad now so cant exercise with others.....however, Jules and the Bee Gees more than make up for any loss. Thank you for posting, Jules......the lack of talking is helpful also. Keep up the good work of encouraging the vulnerable xxxx

If balance is worse on some days, I also have lots of chair workouts (which yes, can be challenging, too and will still definitely give a good workout).
Just revisited this after 2 years and loved it .if you are starting out stick with it! I had to give up during the arm sections but this time managed all the way to the end ... bet I will feel that tomorrow!
I couldn't do this with full energy, but I could do it. Your little message about "Do what you can, adapt as needed" popped up at just the right time. It was a good workout. The part with the arms at the end--WHOA!!! Thanks as always for your well guided videos

The only other creator I was consistent with was Chloe Ting but I can no longer do her workouts because the intensity of her videos is much more than my body can handle these days. I love your videos so much! The only other creator I was consistent with was Chloe Ting but I can no longer do her workouts because the intensity of her videos is much more than my body can handle these days. Thank you for keeping us healthy and creating videos that are just as effective as the intense ones!
