Before I start working out daily I knew that I cannot spot reduce fat but I can spot train, so that's what I do until now, I don't wanna know my weight or my measurement bcs to me the important thing is what I feel inside and better looking body (tighter, not flabby). Although I ended up got bigger thighs but I know that they are not only fat in there 😅
I am 5’7” and I weigh 140 pounds, how many weeks will it take me in order to tone or at least get some kind of result in order to flatten my lower belly and reduce my love handles?

I can't put in words how much those videos have helped during the pandemic. I already worked out on and off before, but especially in the last months your videos sometimes were the one thing what kept me motivated, happy and what helped me not lose my mind completely. I think the way you present yourself is just so real and honest and it's a big inspiration for many girls out there. I have been doing this workout about 3 times a week for about a year and a half and I don’t like to exercise. It’s made all the difference in my back. I used to need to go to the chiropractor regularly for back pain but when I’m consistently doing this workout, my lower back pain goes away and my chiropractic adjustments are no longer for my back. I have fallen away from consistency twice (both times over the holidays for a couple months) and my back issues reappeared, so it’s definitely this workout that has made all the difference.

Will do this for a week and give honest review Day 1: my goodness was that hard. I managed to complete it and went on treadmill for 15 min Day 2. Was sore from yesterday but Still completed it and also used treadmill for about 15 min Day 3: completed and used treadmill for 15 min

the workout is awesome but whats even better is the message in the beginning, it wasn't a disclaimer like some people will think it was out of a place of love and light to help people get to the understanding, self-love and personal growth, working out can be so empowering when its for the right reasons and I know Maddie agrees with that logic which is why I only workout here! I've been meaning to get into a daily workout routine to get rid of some, ahem, fluff acquired around my stomach and butt during the quarantine. It's day one for me and I'm starting as a basic little newbie. It's really a mental game for me, trying not to psych myself out, and I find the timers really help. Whenever I feel like I can't do it or go one more rotation, I tell myself, "It's thirty seconds. You can do anything for thirty seconds!" And it works so thank you for the timer!
Take care of your neck! It shouldn't hurt while doing abs. It used to happen to me too, and the only thing that helped me was to mentally prepare to do the effort with the abs. I started slow from there and eventually became natural

Day 1: my goodness was that hard. I managed to complete it and went on treadmill for 15 min
Day 2. Was sore from yesterday but Still completed it and also used treadmill for about 15 min
Day 3: completed and used treadmill for 15 min

I really enjoy this workout. I have been doing it every day for about 2 weeks and already see a difference !! I don’t like planks so for those portions I just do my own ab exercises

wow super pleased with this short workout! i feel like every time i try to do a "lower abs" workout i only ever feel it in my legs. really pleasantly surprised at how much this really targeted my lower belly, feels like it never gets any love!

I loved the little speech at the beginning I think it is so important to hear that, especially from fitness influencers. I also love your personal video style and I love how you actually admit that it burns - it is a reminder that we are all human and that it doesn't mean you're bad if you feel a burn! You know you're doing the moves right if you have to scream "damn!" at the screen.
I've been meaning to get into a daily workout routine to get rid of some, ahem, fluff acquired around my stomach and butt during the quarantine. It's day one for me and I'm starting as a basic little newbie. It's really a mental game for me, trying not to psych myself out, and I find the timers really help. Whenever I feel like I can't do it or go one more rotation, I tell myself, "It's thirty seconds. You can do anything for thirty seconds!" And it works so thank you for the timer!
Am I the only one who feels like the neck was more strained than abs when doing this workout? Or am I doing it wrong?
You're probably doing them wrong if you feel the strain more at your neck. Your abs should be doing most of the work
Take care of your neck! It shouldn't hurt while doing abs. It used to happen to me too, and the only thing that helped me was to mentally prepare to do the effort with the abs. I started slow from there and eventually became natural
