I’ve been doing these classes for 18 months, there is a large variety of different classes from 20 to 30 minutes for several levels of Pilates. They have helped maintaining a newly diagnosed sk8 al condition and have certainly helped me. Thank you very much , from an English friend.

Mermaid pose and twisting towards my back leg either side is so hard at the moment. I almost feel like I'm unable to twist. Almost 50 years old and not done stretching in any consistent way. Hopefully I can stick with it and improve flexibility. Thank you again, I do love it - just need the consistency of effort on my part.
Thanks so much Jessica, exactly what I needed after a 45km cross country bike ride yesterday. I could barely get out bed today as my whole body was sore & tight. After stretching I feel absolutely fine again!! You're an absolute star!!
Great session, Jessica! I did Pilates regularly for years and added cardio and weights. But this year, I had Covid, followed by shoulder joint replacement surgery. And on Labor Day, I was rushed to the hospital from a walk-in clinic after hiking in the mountains having a possible "acute heart attack." Turned out to be atrial flutter, which I should be able to control. Unfortunately, they also found I have Lyme Disease, which is not good. I'm a 68 YO man, have my weight under control, and have kept myself pretty fit. But I have not really worked out for months. So your stretching was PERFECT! for me even though I could barely move as needed. I feel like today was my first step in getting fit again. Thanks.

This was so good, thank you so much! I have really tense back and shoulder muscles, to the point where I can't breathe properly anymore. If I inhale deeply, the muscles tighten up too much and I just can't fully inhale. Recently a doctor kinda readjusted me and cracked my whole back, which really helped, but they also said I definitely need to start stretching at home. Found your video while searching for something beginner friendly and it really helped me. I just did it for the first time and I already feel way better. Will definitely implement it in my routine!

Thanks...I found your meniscus vid to be helpful during recovery from my achilles rupture. Wearing the wedge boot has freaked out my knee...ugh ☹️ Working on regaining strength in my calf now. Heel lifts are still tough, but at 7 weeks non-op, my PT says I’m ahead of the curve. Maybe you have some ATR rehab vids?
Loving your workouts, Ive been doing the 10 minutes every day for about a month after never having done them before. I must some moves are getting easier. The spine lengthening and articulating movements in these exercises will definitely help. (Fellow scoli girl here) My curves are still there but Pilates keeps me out of pain and as aligned as possible. Happy Pilates-ing.

Will these stretches help improve my scoliosis curves? Will they straighten my spine just a bit?
