    I love that you assure beginners (Im one of them) that it is okay to skip through something that is too much at the moment. I hope that in time they build the strength to do the complete workout! You can do it, I believe in you!!!

    I ‘ve been doing your videos for 8 months now and I am so happy to add Pilates, stretching and dumbbells to my days. It has really made a difference in my energy, my balance and my sleep. I’m 57 and think this is the best health I’ve ever been in.

    I want to say thankyou for being so encouraging to beginners of all kinds. I have hypermobility and associated chronic pain. I just graduation college and the career I want seemed like it might have become an impossible dream because of my body and the fear I had of the gym and being able to exercise and gain strength without hurting myself. I've only been following along with your videos for the past few days but it's already the most confident I've felt in my ability to actually do something and improve.
    I can honestly say I cried because of your encouragement. Thankyou for making these videos and making them accessable.

    I have been using this video and her ten minute dumbbell workout to help me come back from a four-year illness where I was essentially bedridden. I am mobile and feeling really great again. Thank you so much for these encouraging full beginner workouts! They are good for your mind as well as your body.

    I just found you, and the encouragement and confidence you give....I feel it! Pilates is so Not Easy, I find weights much easier, so I think Pilates builds strength in a different way. Thank you!!!!!

    Ive been doing your youtube pilates for a few months now and I can feel the benefits now. I can move easier into positions that I couldn't do before and my belly is getting flatter and firmer. Happy days!! . Im also suffering from osteoarthritis and awaiting a hip replacement so your arthritis videos are a blessing. Thank you Jessica

    I loved this beginner’s Pilate workout. I love that Jessica talks you through the entire workout and even gives modified versions to help us get through it. I feel rejuvenated and more flexible after this.

      I love the workout too, but for me, too much talking, especially as I like to revisit my favourite workouts frequently and the long explanations interfere with the smooth transitions. It would be good to have a version without the additional comments, just the instructions.

    I am newer to Pilates after suffering a hip injury after my marathon. You are an excellent teacher for all levels involved while explanations that make sense. I love feeling stretched and strong. I hope it gets me back to running again- thanks a lot!

    Jessica, Wow, I completed your work out and couldn’t believe I pulled it off. First time watching and I’m already a big fan. Ive been retired for two years now and I only walk everyday. I used to do Pilates years ago but then got into other exercises . I’m so excited to be on this journey and have you as my instructor. Your voice is so relaxing and you make this so much fun.     I have been struggling to overcome injuries while trying to continue to workout. I have had several people recommend Pilates. I just started your videos two days ago and I am hooked. I love LOVE how patient and encouraging you are, and I especially appreciate that you are also a PT

    Thank you for the wonderful video Jessica! (I'm a Jessica as well 😁). I'm 35 and diagnosed with ddd as well as a herniated disc and spinal stenosis in my thoracic spine. I use to be a runner, but that is not a possibility in my current situation. I'm enjoying your videos and am hoping to slowly be able to return to other activities I love that I haven't been able to do for some time now.

    Thank you so much for this video! I'm finding all of my tight and sticking points 😆 When doing the hip circles, my hips were popping - is that tight hip flexors or creaky joints or...? Would you recommend a stretch for that? Please help! *no pain really, just the popping*

    HELP....... Ok I have a left knee that I can't kneel on and right arm that is an old injury hairline break that's healed but gives me pain also right hip hurts every day,

    Awesome like always. I love how Jessica comes back to beginners sessions. I´ve just done this today after years as lately I´ve lost a lot of mobility and i wake up stiff in the mornings with a lower back pain. I´ve always been practising sports and never have had any issues, as i kept myself fit and always stretched. But now I´m 45 and my exercise is not as often as it used to be and i forget to stretch. I believe practising this pilates will help me get my mobility and strength back to keep doing every sport I do and stay fit. Thanks thanks thanks . I can´t wait to keep adding more of these !!

    I just found your channel and Day 1 down🎉 I have had c2 to t1 fused many years ago so I cannot completely do all the movements but I am glad to do what I can today. I’ve always been very hesitant to do just “any” program so I am very excited for this new plan!!!
    I have chose to do your channel bc you are a PT and seem to be very aware of our physical limitations.

    Yay, this is my place to start! I am quite "good" at cardio, but my core is inexistant. Usually even beginner Pilates workouts are too difficult for me. You are the first one I feel save with (also some Back issues) and I can really follow. Thank you so much, new fan here 😊

    I am trying to do exercise with making circles with one leg laying down but I can't put my leg to be straight like in the video (90 degrees to the body). My leg muscles are just to tight. Anyone knows what to do?

    I'm just new here. I'm in my 50's. I'm trying to do the best for my health. Last year, I changed my patterns from nutrition, exercises, and sleeping patterns. I have been trying to do pilates for a long time now. I feel frustrated because it seems so difficult to me to do some of the exercises. I do Dumbells, resistance, and Cardio weekly. I have problems with my flexibility and mobility. My Doctor recommended pilates. My budget is tight now, I haven't been able to subscribe to pilates classes.
    Your video came to me as recommended, and I'm so happy. You know how to explain the principles so well. Thank you. I just subscribed to your channel.

    Thank you for this! I'm 9 months pp and still getting back into movement, when I've truthfully never really found anything that I've enjoyed. However I've done three of your beginner videos now and I actually enjoyed them! They are proper beginner and I'm so thankful for that. Pilates fits all the things I was looking for as a new mom. Increasing strength and flexibility and continuing to heal my core. I'm looking forward to continuing your videos

    I have tried several different workouts from various instructors, this was the best. Do I just pick and choose from your list or is there a proper way to continue if I wanted to do several times a week. I use the treadmill and I also have a weight routine.. but I need something to help me tone the tummy (from covid 10 pounds!). Thanks!

    I used to be really active, yoga rowing and weights every other day for at least an hour. Then a few years ago started to experience a lot of pain and dislocations, was then diagnosed with EDS. I was told to stop doing pretty much any of my normal exercises until they figured out how fast I was deteriorating and how much my heart was affected (I developed tachycardia). All I was left with was walking my dog on days where the pain wasn't too bad. Finally got on the right medication and pain control, but my body has seized up from the lack of movement and pain. I've started doing this workout everyday before I take my dog on a walk to hopefully get my body comfortable moving again. I know I won't ever go back to what my body was like before the symptoms really hit, but happy I have access to something that I can do to get me back to a place where I'm happy again, even if it's going to be a long and slow journey

    Love this video! You are such a great, knowlegdeable, and encouraging instructor! I am recovering from an injury- I had to completely rehab my pelvis and I love the gentle approach to starting pilates with modifications so I can build fitness.

    Im a beginner 5ft 3 woman at 170lbs. Ive been trying to find something i will stick with and i want to say thank you for these videos. Im on week 3 and i try to do atleast 15 minutes 3 days a week and ive stuck to it! Sometimes i do more than 15 minutes or more days. I really enjoy palates. Ive never really worked out before but this i actually enjoy its something i look forward to! In just 3 weeks my abs feel stronger and i can feel my muscles flex more when gardening! Im excited about exercise and your part of the reason! Thank you!

    My sister got me connected with your Pilate videos. I love the variety in exercises and variious amounts of time it takes. I don’t always have a half hour but I can do something shorter and I still feel good about not skipping.
