    Good players become the defenses' focus when they have the ball in their hands, ELITE players always have that focus.
    As an elite scorer, you MUST be able to get open without the ball without expending a tremendous amount of energy.
    Today, Coach Damin brings you through 5 easy ways that you can manipulate the defender to get open when they're denying you the basketball.
    To work on these moves, find two partners and find a hoop to play 1-on-1-on-1.
    One player will act as the passer, one player will be the scorer, while the third will play deny defense.
    Look to use each of the techniques to get open and, when you get the ball, go to work!
    Comment below and let us know which is your favorite technique!

    Quality tips. Off-ball movements are always underrated and should be valued more by younger players.

    This video is great!
    Off ball movement videos are often ignored by most players.

    I'm a shooting guard but I want to be a Point guard because I know I'm better at dribbling but our point guard is really good.

    Try doing this with a varsity girls team with no timing, dribbling, or passing skills.

      Same sort of problem I have. Seems like if you dont do a lot of.playmaking with the ball, they wont pass it to you cause u might not give it back.

    EGT what program do you recommend me to buy? I train by myself, I have no friends that is as serious in basketball as me. And I 5’11?

      Had the same situation as you. Right now on their site they have a big sale that includes a package of 7 programs, that’s a must for u to get the complete arsenal.

      ConfidoPLAYS - Evoling, what Chef Pooh said about our current sale. I’d suggest you focus on the strongest and weakest parts of your game. Become great at your strongest aspect and get better at your weakest.

    • @DeepGameBasketball
      @DeepGameBasketball  5 років тому +2

      There are a few key components to being a good guard -- you can even call them foundational must-haves.
      They are;
      - Footwork
      - Ball Handling
