To create a graph in that excel first in the worksheet you select the values you want to chart and then go to file menu and select new… and then you select chart, and it automatically makes the chart

I've seen your videos and all I can say is that they are great. They have also gotten me really interested in old Macintosh computers. I am about to make my purchase for a Macintosh Portable. The previous owner says the mac does not have the battery ( which I assume is quite common.) But the owner also says the sad mac icon while booting is the result of not having the battery. Is this correct?

Jun Hong yes they will not work without the battery unfortunately.

Hi there! I Fantastic video-as are all of them. have a 1989 Macintosh Portable myself. I've rebuilt the battery and it works perfectly. However, it does not have a functioning hard Conner hard drive, so I've been running it exclusively off of diskettes (lots of disk swapping!) Do you know of any replacement drives that would work with the machine, or where I might look for an original? Thank you so much!

Kinda sad that this was considered the "Worst Luggable for 1989" and yet it reeks of late 1980s to early 1990s computer nostalgia.

It's quite a shame how much computer quality has plummeted since the mid 90s. Most of the cost savings has come at the expense of quality. That the hard disk still functions is a testament to how much higher quality computers and components were back then. Even the lowly case has taken a dive in quality. I don't think there is a single computer on the market that comes standard with a good keyboard. The power supplies use substandard parts and are prone to failure. The electronics components are terrible and nobody can keep track to assure quality components that are not pirates.
Of course, software has also plummeted. They use the cheapest foreign labor they can find and you end up with bloated software that is full of bugs. America invented computers and can no longer manufacture its own computers!

I think the keyboard on my new HP laptop is pretty good, it's certainly useable and feels relatively comfortable to type on.
