xXDeathMetalThrasherXx I'm more of a dubstep guy. With some artists, the heaviness could rival that of thrash or death metal. Hell there's even a dubstep genre called deathstep, though it's more horror oriented and usually has either a loud machin gun bass or one long earraping bass. If I do make dubstep at some point though, I would probably remix alot of Nightwish, Overkill, Within Temptation and metalcore songs.
FMA Brotherhood is one of the best shows out there, not just animewise. I watch through it about once a year. I recommend checking out Steins:Gate... great little 24 episode anime about time travel and the butterfly effect. Starts off a bit goofy for the first couple episodes then gets dark and serious pretty quick.
Although anime may sound like a non-metal thing but most of the metalhead people I know are also into anime for some reason just like me, I don't know what's the connection but I feel like metal and anime are related in some mysterious psychological way lol
It get's really fun with bands like 'Battle Beast' and 'Beast in Black', like half of their songs are about Berserk. And Allegaeon made at least one Ghost in the Shell reference, too.

For action/shonen anime I would recommend Fairy Tail, Blue Exorcist, and Hellsing, for horror I would recommend Another and Blood C, and for mystery I would recommend Erased.

FMA Brotherhood is one of the best shows out there, not just animewise. I watch through it about once a year. I recommend checking out Steins:Gate... great little 24 episode anime about time travel and the butterfly effect. Starts off a bit goofy for the first couple episodes then gets dark and serious pretty quick.
Although anime may sound like a non-metal thing but most of the metalhead people I know are also into anime for some reason just like me, I don't know what's the connection but I feel like metal and anime are related in some mysterious psychological way lol
I got in to metal through anime.
It get's really fun with bands like 'Battle Beast' and 'Beast in Black', like half of their songs are about Berserk. And Allegaeon made at least one Ghost in the Shell reference, too.

For action/shonen anime I would recommend Fairy Tail, Blue Exorcist, and Hellsing, for horror I would recommend Another and Blood C, and for mystery I would recommend Erased.

I really enjoyed this video. Realistically metal music, especially the classic variety have a pretty dorky following. I think almost all of us metal heads can admit to our specific dorky fantasies and interests.
