I watched reruns of the original series when I was a child, and I still enjoy it to this day. However, this doesn't mean that I would have any interest in a reboot. I am tired of people dredging up decades-old concepts that have long since run their course rather than having the creativity to come up with something new. The Munsters is a great show, but it is inherently a product of its time - the 1960s. I don't see it translating well to the present day, and I have a hard time imagining the primary characters with different actors. Furthermore, it is supposed to be in black & white.

Yep. You're likely right on every point. The title doe not attract new fans (probably on purpose, like most woke properties placing political agenda over quality content). The choice of showrunner makes me think its no different than recent Hollywood bombs that are saturating the market sadly. I hold out hope for shows & movies to finally put out truly great content w/ real writing regardless of political leanings, but I think that is a wasted effort for the near future. I hope I'm wrong.

I think the reason Rob Zombie's version wasn't well received is because Rob Zombie fans expected the movie to be a gore fest, and because it wasn't and most of the viewers were upset that it was family friendly. In all likelihood, most of the audience were people who like Rob Zombie, but were unfamiliar with the Munsters. I liked the Rob Zombie film because I knew that Zombie has always been a Munsters fan, and that he would put a lot of passion in it.

Strangely, The Munsters series aired on UK TV but The Addams Family never did. I found out about that when I visited Florida back in 1982 and '85. Both boxsets are avaliable and I own both but I never understood why we got one but not the other.

I watch it. I still like I was a kid. It still on tv on cozy tv Saturday in Detroit at 4:00 p.m and 4:30p.m. and watch when can still love it today I hope new make it 4 year or more

This is such an interesting topic because from what I've noticed every metalhead knows varg and despite their political persuasions they don't truly give a shit that he's a racist or all the good stuff he is. I think this is because we already have a personality and don't make politicians our gods like normies do. It's society that's changed with each generation and the normal people have become easy to manipulate. The worst thing is that nobody at my school can name the metal bands from the 80s, 90s and 2000s instead they can name the ones from the 2010s, mostly Babymetal. I wore a Nightwish shirt to school during the dream careers-themed event and nobody knew them since they're from the 2000s and all of the students including me were born after Tarja was let go from Nightwish in 2005.

You would be surprise how close Paramount was going to make Friday The 13TH a found footage film,I joking said next Friday The 13Th film will be found footage this was before the lawsuit,I read an article no joke Friday The 13Th planned as a found footage,Paramount waits for the numbers to come back from Blair Witch film,my idea was simple a bunch of teens who never believed in the legend of Jason Voorhees decide to go Crystal Lake looking to disprove the story of Jason what happens they get killed by Jason Voorhees.I say they could make a standard Friday The 13Th film add a little bit of found footage.I would have loved to seen a follow up to remake I enjoyed the remake I enjoyed that Jason was smart.There so many rumors and I hate to say it but so many not true like Jason universe or Jason Inverse.There has been 3 killers in franchise,Mrs Voorhees,Jason and Roy a copycat but through out the franchise this whole idea of Jason Universe is just stupid we have film universe with Jason.

I like the Metalcore bands that don't dress and sound like teenagers of the My Chemical Romance type, especially like BlackVeilBrides and PierceTheVeil ect., as they just make cringe so damn hard! One thing i dont like about metalcore is there are some whiny bitches in the genre that are just misogynistic cause they cry about breaking up with a girl. You can literally not distinguish some of the lyrics from some stupid reddit post of an incel. It's just fucking cringe. And it goes for other types of lyrics as well as you've mentioned. They are as immature as their lyrics.

Day Of The Dead had the same theme with the scientists and soldiers being at odds with each other. I saw Return Of The Living Deac the day it opened, which was around the same time as Day Of The Dead and Re-Animator.

There’s no such thing as good Deathcore, it’s all shitty generic wankery with no substance. Death Metal actually has substance and doesn’t rely on breakdowns to make it sound heavy as fuck. Plus they don’t dress like pussy emo kids who shop at Hot Topic.

This is nothing new. I recall the metal message boards of the 90s, which would succumb quickly to infighting due to - you guessed it - politics and religion. As for me, I keep my interests in those subjects separated from metal when online, so that on metal pages I post only about music. Yes, I would say metal is a community, in that we bond over our shared love of the music, but that implies a set of standards and rules of etiquette, just like any actual community offline. Really, it's just being an adult.
