Hi guys! Thanks for watching. Sorry for the darn wind, it calms down though. Leave a comment and say hi PLUS let me husband know you enjoyed hearing his point of view. 😉
Please thank your husband for us! It was really great to hear his perspective!! My husband has cut way back on animal products, eats pretty much plant based for breakfast and lunch. A work in progress ❤️
Hungry Vegan Papa -- Thank you so much for joining the video, and sharing your story. It was very informative. I have been wondering about this for quite some time, and had written to Hungry Vegan Mama just days before to inquire about this. I'm also happy to learn about Rip's Big Bowl cereal, and how much you both like it. I just ordered 12 boxes!!! I hope I like it too.
Great video. Your husband is a natural. It’s nice to hear a man’s perspective as they tend to have more misconceptions on the necessity of meat. My brother went vegan a year ago after watching Game Changers. I NEVER, EVER would have thought he’d go vegan (I’ve been vegan for 21 years). He feels so much better. I’m happy for his health and for the animals.💕
My husband is just a creature of habit. If he changes to plant based, I’ll eat my shoe 🤣🤣. He does eat some of the food I make but for now I’m focusing my energy on getting myself right, and hoping the rest of the fam sees the positive results:) Thanks for sharing your husbands point of view. As always, I enjoyed watching. And I’ll throw this in here AGAIN, your cheese sauce is seriously the reason I think I was able to change so quickly! It really is DELICIOUS 💕
@Ms. Pants I am in the same boat as you and as I stated above (LJ), I hope to be a good example for my husband and that will help him make the decision for a healthy change.
Same....and my husband isn't what people may nor.ally consider a 'manly man'...as in not into sports or exercising...I find it a strange falsehood thats put on men that they are more menly depending on the amount of meat they eat. Hopefully that's changing!

@@HealthyVeganMama I just watched a story about Tom Brady's diet. They called it plant-based but said he eats fish for lunch and chicken for dinner.😒 I think they mean plant-based as eating fruits and vegetables everyday.
My husband did plant based for a year. Somehow we ended up flexitarian. Lots of plant based meals but occasional chicken, turkey, fish, pork. I enjoy your videos since we eat lots of plant based meals. 😊
Nice to meet you hubby! Ugh.... gotta show this video to my husband...a total meat and potatoes country boy😖 living with an almost 4 year plant-based wife. Very inspirational. Love the channel.
I watched The Game Changers for the first time today and it is very inspirational so I get why your husband enjoyed it. I am on day 37 of plant based diet and loving the food and loving the community, at the age of 58 I have learned to cook and enjoying planning out the meals. Thanks for sharing your husband with us 😀
How you feed your family is so relatable. My kids don’t want to eat what we do most of the time and i end up making them something else, similar to what you do. I always felt like i was supposed to be pressing them to eat the same as I do, but it’s not worth the fights. 🤷♀️ Glad to know I’m not the only one haha
I give your hubby 5 stars! Very positive role modeling for the men in our lives. My husband cooks vegan for us, eats his meat when he goes out. I'm hoping he'll close the loop to 100% soon. Having a deeper understanding of the science is important I think. Yes, more cameo appearances ;)
Enjoyed hearing your husband's perspective on WFPB way of eating. I can't seem to get my husband interested at all. He won't watch the movies with me, and won't change his SAD. I guess I am going to go this alone and hopefully he will see some major improvements in my life and will become interested. I am just really hoping he will want to change one day since he has major health issues going on. Thanks for having your husband talk with us. Much appreciated. Always love the food you make.
I thought your hubby was very helpful to hear his thoughts. As someone that has never tried this, but is hungry to learn and change habits that haven't been helping me healthwise or on the scale. Watching more videos. That rice looked really good.
I'm not a big meat or sauce eater. I'm not a big fan of chickpeas. I love many veggies & carbs. I'm having a hard time losing weight (25lbs) Watching your video really is helping me to put food & meals together.
Just found your channel, Great Video!!! Thanks for sharing. I've been vegan a little over 2 years now but just recently am adopting all the great low fat knowledge. Its been a wonderful change. Loved to see you out walking the trails. Since I just found you don't know where in Texas you are but I used to live in Kingwood years ago and would walk the beautiful greentrails. It brought back good memories! ❤
Loved your husband’s perspective. Mine too went plant based to support me and my journey just over a year ago. Thanks for all the great videos, ideas, and meals. With working part-time, going to school, and having 3 kids that keep me busy simple is the way to go!
My husband went from hell no, never to now eating completely plant based at home. He still eats crap when he goes out for lunch or when his work caters in food, but he admits he feels so much better when he avoids it.
Really enjoyed your husband's tips on how to get the whole family eating more plants. Your tips are helping me stay on track! I'm feeling better and enjoying eating more too.
I love that no one in the comments are shaming you for making a separate meal for the kids. Keeping it simple is important so you’re not making 4 difficult meals. We are all parenting our kids our own way. My kids try it and I also had a few meals they made themselves if they didn’t care for it. Even the little ones can put nuts on a plate, grab an apple, and butter some bread. It makes them responsible for their own body and choices. No demanding mommy make something new every day. that didn’t work for me with 5 kids. Many times they didn’t want to put the effort into getting their own meal and ate the one I made. Still their choice. Thanks for the video. Also I have 3 out of the house and grown now. None of them have trouble making healthy choices because they have seen and tasted all the foods I made.
Hi! My husband is a big meat eater and all y the crappy food 😑. But my kids and I looooove eat plant based. They are 8 and 6 yrs old and have a lot of energy all day, 0 allergies and snack fruit trough the day and a keep away from phone and tablet screens. Makes me happy to see them healthy 💖. Thanks, you are great!
This is great to hear about you and your children and your health. Just keep it up and maybe your hubby will come around ❤️ you are being an excellent example for him.
I enjoyed seeing your husband's point of view on the transition to a plant based diet. My hisnad and I went plant based last April and I feel that he is saying everything my husband said as well. Thanks for sharing!
Loved having your husband talk about his journey. I think it will take my husband awhile to embrace this lifestyle. He eats what I eat but adds meat to his. We raise chickens so the no eggs are hard. Bit, It is like having a good marriage, you have to work on it everyday. Thanks Tia
Really liked hearing about how your husband came around to this way of thinking. I appreciate his honesty about how a man thinks about it. Great information! Thanks for sharing and making this video.
I was literally prepping fried rice for tonight when I watched this video. And your husband is a cutie and well spoken. You guys are a beautiful couple. 😍 good for him for being open and willing.
He lost some fat, but stayed about the Dane weight. He’s been lifting weights recently so gaining a bit of muscle I think. He has so much more energy. But we will do a video and I’ll show what he eats.
It was nice to see your husband enjoying HIS WFPB journey and that he is SO supportive of you! I am also fortunate that my husband joined my WFPB journey and was not resistant at all. WFPB way of life is really a very fulfilling way to live and eat. Thank you for your videos.
Thanks for sharing. Your story is similar to mine with my husband deciding to go plant based after I did it. He also watched game changers which hits these men where it matters! I’m so happy to be doing this together! I love your videos because you do keep it simple.
My husband and I were just talking about being an example. I have be vegetarian most of my adult life. My husband was a big meat eating bodybuilder until he saw The Game Changers. We are now mainly plant based. We are constantly learning and making improvements. Looking forward to watching all your videos.
Definitely enjoyed hearing your husband’s point of view. My husband always says he is afraid of losing the digestive enzymes for meat and dairy (though he has mild lactose intolerance). I won’t force the issue - he said that he will eat the WFPB meals with meat and dairy.
Tia I love watching your channel and your husband is a trooper for going on and talking about he transformation to plant based ! That is awesome! Also love your simple meals . It has helped me a lot ! Thanks again and love your enthusiasm!
The fried rice looks so simple yet delicious! The list available of what each person likes to eat is a great idea when not everyone has the same food preference. Awesome video as usual
Sherrie here just saying thanks for the interview with your husband. My husband Greg is very supportive and is slowly becoming around to plant base. He likes a lot of the food but struggling a bit with giving up the meat.
Hi. Just popping back in to thank you for this particular video. I showed it to my husband and he really listened to your husband talking about his experience in eating this way. He has decided to give it a try. So thankful.
JC, you were perfect.....clear, direct, easy to understand and easy to remember. Thank you for that masculine viewpoint of your journey. Be patient with them; let them transition on their own: timing and ways; watch documentaries together at normal tv times (slip it in!)…....really good stuff. Thank you so much for your realistic advice.
It was nice to see you and your handsome hubby out enjoying time together and hearing his advice...I have a daughter very interested in sports and being strong and will use his suggestions regarding the videos to wean her away from comfort foods. Thank you both!
Thanks for sharing your story and sounds just like my husband too.....l. I was a vegetarian for years but my husband was adamant he wouldn’t give up meat then when I turned vegan he was the same he loved eggs and cheese then he watched what the health with me and over night he changed and gave it all up which is better for us both 👍😜
I never eat cereal because it crashes my blood sugar due to the low fiber content but I am thinking I might be okay with this one, score! Also I have been devastated that engine 2 no longer sells their oil free red pepper hummus. 😭 Your hubs rocks!! It’s so awesome to have a male perspective. I think the stigma of men need meat is huge. At least I know it is for my husband too.
Another amazing video! I’ve been WFPB for over 13 months now. I still cook traditional meals for my family though. They aren’t budging. I don’t judge, because I ate meat for so many years. To encourage them, I suggested we have Vegan night. They were all good sports, interested in trying everything and seemed appreciative. Trying to lead by example and slowly introduce them to WFPB. Thanks again, Tia!
Another good one! Fun to hear from your husband; unfortunately I’ve been vegetarian since 2013 and vegan since 2016- all the times I hear just be an example and make good vegan food never worked on my husband. He’ll do smoothies and a few plant based things but I cannot believe he still eats meat. I truely can’t. Just commenting this in case anyone else is in the same boat as I am. Not everyone changes even knowing about the gross treatment of animals. Tell your husband he’s a natural on you tube! 😁✌🏼
I understand and that’s true, not everyone does. But as you’ve stated, he will do a few smoothies and plant based things...and guess what? That’s better than nothing and I bet if you weren’t being a good example, he wouldn’t do that at all. So yay for you. You are helping. He may not make a full transition, but he’s eating more plant and that’s always a great thing. As for the animals, he’s helping some by choosing plant based when he does, and that’s also better than nothing. I appreciate your honesty and you watching. Way to be an example for all, not just your hubby! 👊🏻
Yes it totally can be. Hoping to inspire people to realize it’s possible and sometimes it just takes a little time. But working in that direction is fabulous!
I do the same thing at meal times. My family are vegetarian but I'm wfpb vegan so I just prep a ton of beans, potatoes, etc so I can make my meal easily and then we can all sit down and eat
Your videos are so great. I loved them already, and adding your husband's thoughts was awesome. I've really used many of your recipes and food ideas on a daily basis, so thank you. Great music, too, btw. Oh, and I paused and ordered Rip's Big Bowls. I love oatmeal but once summer rolls around here I need something colder. Can't wait to try it! Thanks, Tia.
Love, love, love your videos. I especially like the ones where you show what you are preparing.. I just started a vegan diet / plant-based diet four weeks ago and now that I am completely burnt out on salads I need to actually learn how to cook and your videos are perfect. High-energy happy and descriptive about what you're doing. Thank you
Great what you ate in a day video and enjoyed hearing your husband's journey and that he is no longer being misled into thinking men need meat and other animal expoiltion foods. I am glad that I changed 5 years and my health has improved so you're husband's health will improve and he will have a clean conscious because he won't be supporting the animal expoiltion industries.
It was nice to see your husband and hear his point of view😊 I’m a 2/3 vegan since January. I eat vegan for breakfast and lunch. My husband is not ready to be plant based and does some cooking for dinner since he is retired 😊 good news is he is coming around and agrees he needs to eat more plants. I think he sees how well I’m doing with it and hopefully I’ll be adding in more vegan dinners to the menu soon! Thanks for your videos 😊 I just found you a few weeks ago 😊😊
You are a genius.. my kind of mum... thanks so much for the fabulous fridge list.. I have two girls with equally different tastes... my youngest is 13 now the first and strictest Vegan in the house (since she was 8) but would live on chips(fries) if she could... I'm excited to my a list big love from snowy Wales UK xxx
I’ve had a lot of success with my bf on eating all my plants based foods and my teens are somewhere on the spectrum. My 17 yo daughter had an epiphany and announced around her birthday, she’s now vegan! My 15 yo son is very resistant. Right now we are working on compromises for him. Normally he LOVES my cooking. I’ve had some fails 😩 but I’m the only one who really knows and I tossed it out. I’m working with him on why I don’t cook meat anymore. I think about the animals sacrifice. It’s just wasteful of a living animal. He understood and apologized for being critical. Our compromise is he has to try a serving of my food because it’s veggies and he can have a serving of meat along side the veggies. This happened today when I said I’m not going through Whataburger! Also, I explained how costly fast food is per person. It’s $15 every time and I’m not getting anything. I shared how the meals I make for the family are $3-5 per person.
I think you’re doing amazing! Just keep it up. I love that you daughter announced she’s vegan, and I think your son is doing amazing! Mine is very resistant too and he’s only 7.5 so I can only imagine with a 15 yo. Just continue to do the best you can and educate. Sometimes that’s all we can do.
@@HealthyVeganMama It’s cool to see our partners embracing a vegan lifestyle. Game Changers was a documentary that helped my partner to reduce his animal protein and now I think he only has meat occasionally. That was me a year ago. We are going to his Neice‘a wedding in a month and there’s no vegan options for her guests. And I mentioned I can’t choose one of the options because when it comes to my table I might be tempted to eat it. I thought what would chef AJ do? She’s would probably bring her own food lol. Well I told Craig that I probably won’t eat and he looked at me and said no babe I’ll make sure you get your preferences. Btw, we are just north of you, a good 4-5 hours. Texas is a big state (everything is bigger in Texas) and I get ribbed from my family mostly my bro’s because men can’t phantom going off the meat eater’s diet. One brother said look at Maria, she has the most food on her plate and is the smallest. We were at a prominent Mexican Restuarant in FtW. I had veggie fajita, rice and beans, no queso, no sour, extra avo 😋. I’ve lost around 20 some lbs. Anyways let’s keep on keeping on! ✌🏼
Great video!! Thank you for all your tips and recipes! Since your husband has seen Game Changers, he knows the benefit of eating a whole foods plant based diet - I know my husband sees the difference. 😆😉👍🏽 I kept telling my husband to change over and when he saw what happens to the blood after eating meat, he cured his own male issues. 😆👍🏽👍🏽
Loved this video I am currently embarking on this whole food plant based journey starting today ekkk but my family is not. Hearing you n the hubby talk about his process was so insightful and I also loved the tips for kids cause I'm sure mine are going to say exactly what your Finley says "I'm not eating that" lol. I'm going to make a back up food menu to cause that is genius! Thank you for being an inspiration🥰
I showed my hubby your hubby on your video and his thoughts and he is intrigued ! we are going to watch those shows together as your husband suggested Thanks 🤗
😂 if you need to add a little sweetened plant milk, go forward it. It’s not a sweetened cereal so I needed that for a while and slowly worked my way to unsweetened. It’s really amazing. It’s all I’ve eaten today and it’s 2 and I’m still full and just ran 6 miles 😂 I’ll prob be starving soon, but it holds me for so long.
Where did you order it from? Amazon says it’s sold out. I usually get it at Whole Foods and they are sold out. Neither place knows when it will be back in stock.
Your husband has a long lost brother in Wisconsin LOL. There's a channel I've watched for years called "A Country Life", and the husband in that family, Warren, favors your husband A LOT. Just found you and subbed. Great style!
@@HealthyVeganMama I've been binge watching today and have finally decided to go plant based again starting tomorrow. I quit because of the tradition aspect of foods (wings for football games, etc. and your husband kind of touched on that point in your chat). I know, though, that I felt AMAZING eating WFPB no oil no sugar. My weight is out of control and I'm having a lot of joint pains...plus my five year old insisted today that I MUST be pregnant again. Looking forward to getting healthy! Also, I saw a video today where you talked about becoming a nutritionist...something we have in common because that's what I wanted to do, but the community college I went to didn't have a nutrition program. I've studied nutrition as a hobby for 15 years and hope to one day take some classes. I'm just a little older than you (just turned 41 in October) and have 3 grown kids and a 5 and 2 year old still at home. Hope ya'll aren't too icy today...it's just raining in North Georgia. Can't wait for more videos!
That rice looks bomb! My husband is pretty resistant, and I think most of it stems from being afraid of losing weight. He backs me 100%, but I’m not sure he will ever make the switch. Thanks for the great recipe ideas!
I wish my husband and I would have chatted about weight loss. He lost a little fat, but not much weight. He’s actually gaining muscle with his new found energy and willingness to workout. Maybe next time I’m have him touch upon the fear of losing weight or “getting smaller.”
Also, love seeing another mother who won’t force their kids to eat something they don’t want to! I’m the same way and it drives my family nuts! But like I asked them, what if someone forced you to eat a food you didn’t like? How would you feel? Kids have feelings and are no different
Hello Tia. I’m just starting out on my journey of a wfpb vegan lifestyle and have purchased a copy of Dr McDougall’s book, “The Starch Solution”. I’m in the process of reading this book, joining Facebook groups based on this lifestyle and being a subscriber to other peoples UA-cam channels who are on this lifestyle (one such channel is “running on plants”).
Your husband did great thank you for video so nice you are doing together l am starting yougert is something like enjoy also l am a cake decorator and l have a really hard time with sweets then l feel bad when l don't do well
Oh my I can't thank you enough for this particular video. I have moved over to wfpb about 4 weeks ago. I have lost 8 pounds so far and feel Great! However the rest of my family is not plant based. Hearing your husband speak on it was wonderful. I will definitely try and help mine come over to this way of eating as well. He is the same as yours and lives eggs, etc. And feels the same way after eating that way. Not good. Has health issues that I know can be resolved if he would eat this way. I will definitely try to convince him.
I've been vegetarian for 6 years now. I'm basically vegan but I do eat cheese here and there and products I use sometimes contain animal products. I am not ready to call myself vegan yet but it's my goal soon. My husband who survived on meat is unknowingly vegetarian now as well. He lives of of your red beans and potatoes. It's hilarious he has no idea. Once in a while he will ask for a sandwich but it's rare. Since I do the cooking and he cannottttttttt be bothered he just eats what I make him. It's pretty funny but convenient since I can just make us the same meals and call it a day. We are both big into looking as young as ever so giving us dairy was a breeze. Anyway. Thank you for all of the ideas!

It was nice to see your husband enjoying HIS WFPB journey and that he is SO supportive of you! I am also fortunate that my husband joined my WFPB journey and was not resistant at all. WFPB way of life is really a very fulfilling way to live and eat. Thank you for your videos.
That’s awesome to hear!
Thanks for sharing. Your story is similar to mine with my husband deciding to go plant based after I did it. He also watched game changers which hits these men where it matters! I’m so happy to be doing this together! I love your videos because you do keep it simple.
Woohoo 🙌🏻🌱
I love perspective from husband and LOVE tips about feeding the kids!!! More of this kid of thing please! Thanks for making these helpful videos
Okay will do. Maybe this week I’ll work on that video.
You and your husband are so adorable. Great video! Thanks for keeping your recipes easy and delicious!
Thank you
I live in Texas too, I love the area you guys are walking in, makes it more enjoyable to walk!
Woohoo Texas!
My husband and I were just talking about being an example. I have be vegetarian most of my adult life. My husband was a big meat eating bodybuilder until he saw The Game Changers. We are now mainly plant based. We are constantly learning and making improvements. Looking forward to watching all your videos.
So awesome to hear
Definitely enjoyed hearing your husband’s point of view. My husband always says he is afraid of losing the digestive enzymes for meat and dairy (though he has mild lactose intolerance). I won’t force the issue - he said that he will eat the WFPB meals with meat and dairy.
Tia I love watching your channel and your husband is a trooper for going on and talking about he transformation to plant based ! That is awesome! Also love your simple meals . It has helped me a lot ! Thanks again and love your enthusiasm!
So happy you enjoy. Thank you
I love black bean burger w bbq sauce in a pita pocket stuffed w salad
Yummy
Could u do a cooking dinner with hubby sometime maybe help him make his fav meal 🤷♀️ if he loves being on your channel why not
Yes he’s love that!! He’s shared a few of his favs on IG, but I think youtube would be great
@@HealthyVeganMama ps I love your channel and u are an inspiration to me
The fried rice looks so simple yet delicious! The list available of what each person likes to eat is a great idea when not everyone has the same food preference. Awesome video as usual
So happy you found that helpful. It definitely helps me
Awesome insight from your husband. Please feature him more often. Learning about another guy’s plant based journey is beneficial.
Okay I will for sure. Good to know.
Sherrie here just saying thanks for the interview with your husband. My husband Greg is very supportive and is slowly becoming around to plant base. He likes a lot of the food but struggling a bit with giving up the meat.
Just keep it up. Way to go to your husband.
I appreciated hearing the hubby's perspective!
Hi. Just popping back in to thank you for this particular video. I showed it to my husband and he really listened to your husband talking about his experience in eating this way. He has decided to give it a try. So thankful.
Oh amazing to hear! I’m going to tell my husband right now 🙌🏻🌱
I appreciate your hubby sharing his story and experiences with becoming whole food plant based. Thank you!
Thanks so much for watching
JC, you were perfect.....clear, direct, easy to understand and easy to remember. Thank you for that masculine viewpoint of your journey. Be patient with them; let them transition on their own: timing and ways; watch documentaries together at normal tv times (slip it in!)…....really good stuff. Thank you so much for your realistic advice.
Love your videos, keep making them,
I can't express enough how much I enjoy your videos & book. You are truly an inspiration Bella. Grazie! 🎈🎉😘
Oh thank you so much ❤️ So happy to be inspiring to you.
@@HealthyVeganMama 💕🌸😘
You changed the game, by having your husband tell why he changed his diet!! Love it!
It was nice to see you and your handsome hubby out enjoying time together and hearing his advice...I have a daughter very interested in sports and being strong and will use his suggestions regarding the videos to wean her away from comfort foods. Thank you both!
So happy you enjoyed
Thanks for sharing your story and sounds just like my husband too.....l. I was a vegetarian for years but my husband was adamant he wouldn’t give up meat then when I turned vegan he was the same he loved eggs and cheese then he watched what the health with me and over night he changed and gave it all up which is better for us both 👍😜
It’s my pleasure. Thanks for watching.
I never eat cereal because it crashes my blood sugar due to the low fiber content but I am thinking I might be okay with this one, score! Also I have been devastated that engine 2 no longer sells their oil free red pepper hummus. 😭
Your hubs rocks!! It’s so awesome to have a male perspective. I think the stigma of men need meat is huge. At least I know it is for my husband too.
Made my leftover quinoa with sautéed kale and onion and sweet mini peppers and seasoned it with miso paste . So delish
I love the idea of vegan night! Awesome. Thanks for watching
Thanks Tia!☺️
Great video! Changing to plant based with a family is sometimes hard to navigate.
Thank you, Tia. A great video. Love the simple meals and motivation. Good to have your husband’s perspective - I have a very supportive husband, too.
So happy you enjoyed it
Your videos are so great.
Thank you so much for watching.
Your husband is great! So good of him to inspire others with his changes
Thank you - I’ll tell him you said that.
Loved the entire video!! Gonna share with my son and wife who’ve considered transitioning to this lifestyle. Also loved 11:29 ..so sweet 😘
That’s great! Best of luck 🌱
Thank you for interviewing your husband. It definitely gave me some good ideas to try.
So happy you enjoyed it
Love, love, love your videos. I especially like the ones where you show what you are preparing.. I just started a vegan diet / plant-based diet four weeks ago and now that I am completely burnt out on salads I need to actually learn how to cook and your videos are perfect. High-energy happy and descriptive about what you're doing. Thank you
So happy you are enjoying!
That’s great to hear! I will tell him this. Thanks for watching!
We have a guy where I live that just won a Super Bowl being plant based! 🌱💪 🏴☠️
Hah yaaaaaas 🙌🏻
I like your few videos I have watched....learning new recipes....
Yes just keep it up and he will start to notice and be intrigued more I bet
There's no such thing as a 2/3 vegan you dummy, you're either vegan or you're not!
And your husband is lovely xx
Oh thank you so much! Yay for a list 🙌🏻
Just stumbled on your channel this morning. Think I will stay awhile. Great tips, easy to watch. Thank you for the inspo!
Awesome. Thanks for subscribing.
Made the red beans and rice recipe from your cookbook for Super Bowl. It was delicious.
Woohoo!!! Great time to make it too! The Saints were with you in spirit ⚜️🙌🏻 (The football team).
Thank you for another excellent video!! 🤗
Great video. Trying to get my husband to transition to WFPB liked your husband thoughts
Loved seeing your husband with you!
I’ll be sure to tell him 😃
Great to hear from your husband.
Yay! I’ll tell him
Great video!!
Great video!! Your husband's advice and honestly is real and helpful! Thank you!
Thank you for watching. I’ll be sure to tell him.
Okay, not sure how I stumbled upon this video, but I literally laughed out loud when you mocked Findlay (sp ?) - kids are hilarious 😂
Haha kids are so funny! Thanks for watching.
I showed my hubby your hubby on your video and his thoughts and he is intrigued ! we are going to watch those shows together as your husband suggested
Thanks 🤗
That’s awesome! My husband said go with The Game Changers first 💪🏻
@@HealthyVeganMama Thank you 🤗👍
I hope that I LOVE this cereal because I just ordered 12 boxes!! 🤣🤣🤞🤞😁
@@debbray987 there is a link in the description box. Plant Strong
@@HealthyVeganMama Thank you! I just ordered six boxes.
Your husband needs his own channel!! He’s great!!
Ha! I’ll tell him ❤️
Your husband has a long lost brother in Wisconsin LOL. There's a channel I've watched for years called "A Country Life", and the husband in that family, Warren, favors your husband A LOT.
Just found you and subbed. Great style!
Ha! I’ll have to check that out. Thanks so much for watching and for subscribing.
Excellent video! Thanks for all the great information and demonstrations.
So happy you enjoyed it
That rice looks bomb!
@@HealthyVeganMama I would love that! 😍 Thanks, lady!
Thank you so much for sharing your skin care routine products!
And another great video! ❤
It’s my pleasure! Thanks for watching!
Also, love seeing another mother who won’t force their kids to eat something they don’t want to! I’m the same way and it drives my family nuts! But like I asked them, what if someone forced you to eat a food you didn’t like? How would you feel? Kids have feelings and are no different
Yes I agree. Especially if they have been eating meat and dairy and eggs their entire little lives and then to force them to switch is hard.
What kind of Ramen 🍜? My kids love it
I usually buy either ramen from Whole Foods or the McDougal ramen soups...they love those. They are made by right foods.
I appreciated hearing your husband’s thoughts and feelings. I guess I have to do a better job sticking to wfpb and be patient.😐
This is awesome to hear. Hope you are enjoying the book.
Your husband did great thank you for video so nice you are doing together l am starting yougert is something like enjoy also l am a cake decorator and l have a really hard time with sweets then l feel bad when l don't do well
I like you.... you're so real relate to many of your talks.
Thank you Sharon
Oh my I can't thank you enough for this particular video. I have moved over to wfpb about 4 weeks ago. I have lost 8 pounds so far and feel Great! However the rest of my family is not plant based. Hearing your husband speak on it was wonderful. I will definitely try and help mine come over to this way of eating as well. He is the same as yours and lives eggs, etc. And feels the same way after eating that way. Not good. Has health issues that I know can be resolved if he would eat this way. I will definitely try to convince him.
Wonderful ❤️❤️❤️ great video for men thinking of “coming over” 🤣👏👏👏💯
Thanks so much. I think I may do another video with my husband chatting a bit more about his transition.
Looked good, I was thinking no way that’s going to serve 4 people and then your note came across the screen
Your husband is a gem.🥰
I think so too ❤️
I've been vegetarian for 6 years now.
Haha this made me laugh. Thank you so much for watching.
Tia, this is an awesome video! Thanks!!!
Thanks. Happy you enjoyed it.
Thank you so much for this video. It’s very helpful .
Good job to hubby 😄
Bravo for your husband for going plant based! Try Just Eggs!
He has and likes it, but he really now prefers his Rios Big Bowl
Great vlog. Very down to earth couple. Love to you both
