Update, I wrote to you some time ago, weighted myself on Jan8, 2022. Went from 422 to 273 in 12 months. There are no words to express how much me and my family thank you. I have been OMAD for 4 months now and at age 51 I fell so much strong and better. Good quality sleep, walking 30 miles a week, fat adapted, no sugar plus a healthy KETO regime have changed my life. That last advise is pure gold.

I started eating once a day 15 years ago, simply because I was broke at the time. I workout regularly and at 45 I am in the best shape of my life and don’t feel the need for 3 heaping plates of food, 3 times a day. It’s amazing to see that the science behind it proves I’ve been doing the right thing this whole time. Cool!!!!!!

just want to say that I have followed your advice and you honestly may have saved my life...
I was 287 pounds with a 90 resting heartbeat and a average of 165 / 90 blood pressure WITH medications.
I was just recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and I saw one of your videos and starting to put your methods into practice. It has been 3 and a 1/2 months and I am down in weight from 287 pounds to 228 pounds! My resting heart rate has gone down to 77 beats a minute! My blood pressure has gone down to 120 / 70 and my blood sugar never goes past 100 even when i eat! (Says around 80 while fasting).
I cannot express my gratitude enough Sir, you have My respect and I truly believe in your truth because I live it!

I love it and definitely intend to continue this as a lifestyle. I used to think hunger would just get progressively worse and worse until eat, but the opposite happens. I no longer get hungry throughout the day. I've done away with the need to snack and I don't have to be a slave to fast food when traveling. Preparing food is a joy, now. I can put thought into what I eat and eat more deliberately. When I lay out my plate, I can get a total view of what I am putting into my body for the day.

I started following 3.5 months ago after one video caught my eye. It had a screen shot with a tag “blurred vision”. I watched it and it changed my life. I can’t believe how beneficial the fasting has been. Lately i noticed how much sharper my mind it too. I was getting used to being forgetful. Now I’m actually surprised how well I focus multi-task. At 62 this has been like being reborn. Weight is coming off slowly. I have had blood work done and it’s better than ever. I’m fortunate that I didn’t have a lot of issues but the blurred vision is completely gone and I have increased night vision like I did when I was much younger. Yeah but you don't really need medical supervision when you practice any kind Regiment of fasting... the reason you should not get doctors involved who don't understand the concept of fasting because they will tell you to stop. That's the problem with a lot of doctors he want you to be sick they don't want you to practice fasting.. example of a couple years ago there was a video on UA-cam from the channel called the doctors there was a guy named Cole who had a very high amount of people who practice fasting and lost over 70 lb. Regardless of all the results these doctors kept saying that fasting is dangerous is dangerous that they should stop it.. the consulate did not listen to the person that was on the podcast they kept saying medical study medical study medical study that fasting is dangerous but they were referring to a study that never published not to mention it was never peer-reviewed about two days ago dr. Eric Berg actually discussed the study how it's completely absurd that people are using this study as an example to say that fasting is dangerous.. if you were to write a paper on fasting and you use that medical study you would get a big fat fail on your paper because that medical study has no information whatsoever all of it is is a abstract with no real scientific data attached to it

I never dreamed I would be able to do what I did. There are still some ways you are drawn to food after eating. But it isnt a craving. Its more like hey thats food…and thus a good bit easier to avoid. I also try to do like you say in other videos. I eat fewer carbs and more protein…

I wish to ask, how does the body takes care of stomach Hcl secretion during the period of fasting? I learnt that if there’s no food in the stomach, the acid digests the stomach wall which might lead to stomach ulcer, since acid secretion physiology can’t be controlled.

I find this fascinating the way our bodies expect/learn. I have never felt like eating breakfast, but as you said , people say you must eat breakfast. So I would make myself eat breakfast and would be hungry at work by 9/10 am. Since retiring and learning about fasting and the keto way of eating I never have breakfast and I am not hungry until about 2pm. I have lost about fourteen pounds (I am 140 lbs) and am happy with my weight. I am sixty nine and live in a second floor apartment with stairs, so I have to carry my shopping up two flights of stairs, which I can do, sometimes it makes me a bit breathless but I consider this to be my daily weight bearing exercise. Thank you for all the good information you give.

Like you said I had that I am the way I am complex. I set out one day to just break this mold. Went cold turkey and literally went from garbage and surgery drinks on the daily to OMAD. I will be honest, my one meal ain’t the highest in quality (still garbage by my book) but I haven’t had anything to drink except water in over a week!
First Friday of my OMAD I fasted water only for two days! My hunger is a thing of the past and my weight is creeping down! I’m so excited! I ended up buying a jump rope and some push up bars. Not quite ready to go full commando but I’m gonna take these baby steps all the way to the bank! I don’t think I would have even tried to accomplish this had it not been for the motivation I got from your videos. Being a type 2 diabetic who has an enlarged heart and has had a heart attack and stroke, I am surviving quite well eating just one Carnivore meal a day. I am hardly ever hungry and rarely crave unhealthy foods. When I do get either feelings, I eat more protein. I realized that happens only when I haven't eaten enough protein that preticuler day. Once in a while, I add ounion, garlic, and cheese to my all protein meals. Not only has my weight and diabetes improved, but my brain fog is completely gone, and my energy level has also greatly increased. I love watching your videos because they truly follow my lifestyle.

    absolute truth! excellent work!
In the beginning I started loosing too much weight but I regained some increasing nuts consumption (I eat meat once a week), after some months it stabilized as a proof of the principle of adaptation you mentioned. I also noticed that I can keep a stable weight with less overall food than eating 5 meals per day, I believe due to a better efficiency in nutrients assimilation. It's about a year now I'm doing this, I only drink during the day, I feel strong and resilient.

I’m going to make this short and sweet. For years I’ve exercised off and on I would lose a little weight, but once I stopped it would come back. My highest weight was 255 lbs. I’m 6 feet tall. Most people would not have considered me fat they would call me solid. I had 3 ahh moments, first I went to a gym for an evaluation the trainer said losing weight is more about what I eat than exercise, then a couple of years later I went to join a gym closer to home I thought I was in pretty good shape. The trainer had me do a few exercises I felt like I was going to puke up my guts. Then my doctor told me my blood pressure was a little high. These were my wake up calls. I’m not sure how or when I started intermittent fasting, but it was a total game changer. I went from 255 lbs. to maintaining 200 lbs. I notice my body would fight me at 200lbs, my goal was to get to 180, so 2 months ago I decided to cut sugar out of my diet no more cakes and cookies. I’m now down to 180 all of my weight markers are green except for my subcutaneous fat, I may need to get to 175. I would have never thought I could lose my gut (visceral fat) I have. I went from an extra large to a medium. My stamina has never been better. This is my testimony to intermittent fasting. P.S. I remember buying and drinking cartons of orange juice, never drinking soda thinking it was healthier. I’m so glad people can be educated on things that I was ignorant too. Thank you 🙏🏽 😊
