I just made your donuts and they are SO good!! A big hit with my 12yo daughter and her friend. I used 1 cup whole wheat flour + 1/2 cup almond flour since I had some in the pantry to use up. Didn’t even bother with the chocolate drizzle although I’m sure that would be amazing too. Thanks for the inspiration!

It's an italian fluffy bread full of oil and fresh cherry tomates on top of it with sea salt. As i don't eat bread anymore since 8 years ago without having gut problems, i was kind of frustrated BUTTTT... Here you are 🙏🏻 I made it oil free, gluten free, and salt reduce. Love these videos! So many great ideas for healthy YUMMY alternatives! Homemade fries are where it's at. I soak mine in a backing soda and water mix for around 20 minutes, and the crunchy-ness after baking is out of this world. Add some smoked paprika, salt, garlic, and ground pepper before baking... *chefs kiss* (I had a love for Red Robin's fries before going wfpb, and that spice combo is a good lil' substitute :) Thank you for the wonderful inspiring content!
@@godisnotmocked1345 I just use enough water to cover the potatoes in a bowl, and then add a teaspoon or 2 of baking soda, depending on how much water I’m using. Definitely not an exact science, but it has always worked!
Just started watching your channel. Your tips are super helpful and practical. I am a full time working sole provider for a 9 year old. I would say I am 60% WFPB, I am 20 percent vegan junk food, and 20 whatever...including some meat and dairy, only because of factors I feel out of control with like emotional eating, convenience, being unprepared or just so dang sick of being in my kitchen non stop. Your tips give me confidence and freedom to dive in and go all the way! Thanks!!

Fantastic video and good food Tia and you show that being vegan can be healthy because you can be vegan but that doesn't mean it is automatically healthy because there's vegans that dominately consume vegan plant based junk processed foods. I hope you didn't waste the unhealthy version of the recipes because I try not to create food waste ( 97% success rate and I need to work on the other 3%).
Such an informative video! I loved seeing the side by side comparison at the end of each recipe. Even though I knew your homemade versions would be healthier, I was still shocked to see how starkly different they were in terms of their nutrition 🌱

No I didn’t. I eat and always ate fat. My hair got thicker and my curls came back
