    My mom passed away last year,& I've been in stress for a very long while.this vid greatly helped me for reducing my stress,especially the boxing thing.Thanks Jen so much,btw I've been watching your skincare vids & they've been amazing !!thanks a lot again Jen

    I'm not even aware that I'm stressed because I'm stressed ALL the time, and I don't even know what I'm stressing over go begin with... and I'm not good at opening up to people.

    Your eyes are amazing!
    Also avoid steaming stress off through violent activities. Try to channel stress into something creative like painting or photography or any outdoors activities like cycling, hiking, camping with friends. Bring more harmony in your life and other peoples' lives, it's the collective sum of the little good things that we do to others or which are done to us which keep the fire of happiness going.

    Thanks Jennifer. It can be a scary and lonely feeling when the stress hits and elevates your blood pressure etc. Normally I would meditate, but at work or in public, it isn't often an option unless I'm on a flight or train. Your tips here are functional ideas a person can incorporate into their day. Much thanks.

    Nice ... My personal tip is to put a positive image/quote on your mobile phone's wallpaper , the positive message will get ingrained in your mind ... Also have a phrase you can repeat when you get stressed

      Yeah... Same goes to me :( My family isnt that type that will you know, very close and easy to approach. I dont have a chance to talk to my family members, and its just so annoying that when I reach home, its boring. I really feel like UA-cam is the place I go to when Im feeling down or anything, just the community is supporting and nice.

      Yeah well I always get icelated and like I am not there....... What cause stress and and I am loner so I do not like tell people. (only one because the same thing happens to her) Also I hate telling people about my problems

      It so sad to hear you experience that thing.... and to other who experience that they cant communicate with family, I advice to find ay to communicate. Do everything that is available and you can to be able to communictae. And also to the other that said he is a LONER, I am also loner. And yeah the thing you describe , I do it too. i dont tell others about me except ot my mother and very few friends ( I say few because my friends dont even reach 5 , only 2 of them to be honest ) I choose who I can trust so I can prevent future problems like people gossiping about me...

    I am angry and stressed a loT for mY age 13. I am stressed because my dad pushes me so hard o be a perfect straight A student. I also try to be a perfect big sister for my 2 lil sisters.... its a lot of stress and makes me angry cuz my littlest sister, she plugs her ears and is a complete brat when anyone tells her anything. she is 10. she gets it from her dad.. we have different dads. she throws a fit and gets what she wants when she is with him.. now even she is un controllable to my mom. im also stressed about being a perfect kid cuz my dad is so hard on me and has high expectations from me. I try to me he perfect student and never get in trouble at school. if I get a C or below in grades at school, my dad grounds me. for the whole summer. that sucks cuz my birthday is during summer. im always upset and angry because I never have time to say what I need to say and also nobody ever listens to my POV of things. sometimes its like I don't even matter to anyone nor do my opinions or feelings. my lil sis, the 10 year old, I SWEAR she will be just like regina George from mean girls but worse when she is a teen. Yes, she is that bad; she has little minions in every state she has been to including all the schools we have been to. WOULD TALKING TO MY SCHOOL COUNSLER BE HELPFUL? WOULD SMASHING WOOD WITH A HAMMER BE HELPFUL? WOULD GETTING A PUNCHNG BAG BE HELPFUL? im lost with my life. help..............
