Yakpacking the Buffalo River

Spur of the moment overnight 'yakpacking trip on the Buffalo River, AR.
This was a trial outing, and I look forward to getting more of this done this winter.
Total trip distance 34.3 miles in roughly

Got 75 miles in on the Buffalo river hope I finish it one day

been there done that but not that extreme we had an awesome first day of three miles lol had 12 to do on the second day but the fishing was great first day

I think its safe to say you can claim a rare double-Razorback hog sighting!!

LOL! Yep, I wish I could have gotten the camera together earlier....they made so much noise crashing through the brush, I thought it was a Bigfoot! A boar, a sow, and 2 piglets...pretty neat to see! Guess that's why they call this hog country....go Razorbacks!!!

Is the aspire 100 fine for adults? I read it suits up to 300 pounds and for smaller adults. If your a larger adult to get the 105. What are your thoughts or options on that. I’m 6ft 142ish and when I first sat In it I thought it was too small! I was coming from a old town vapor 10 angler previously.

Hey Cas,
The main difference between the Aspire 100 vs. the 105 is about 3 more inches of cockpit space, and a capacity increase of about 50 lbs.
Other than that, the hulls on both sizes are mostly identical. If you feel cramped in the 100, you will not likely feel that much more room in the 105. Both are adequate for adults with the 105 having a slightly larger cockpit opening, a bit more capacity & a slightly longer hull.
