Sheer negligence, at best. He was spotted by spectators 3 minutes prior to the shooting who immediately relayed his presence to the police. Yet there wasn't a single effort to get Trump off the stage. This whole incident is highly suspicious... Incompetence and negligence on multiple fronts, at best. Saying it was a setup is, objectively, a sensible conclusion once you consider all other factors. The fbi found nothing on his phone and computer, no social media. Registered republican who donates to democrats. Had remote "packages" but nothing indicating how he learned to construct them? Ties to Blackrock and many other details that shouldn't be overlooked.

It was a 64-year old Thomas Crooks living in Pennsylvania as well. It took actual journalists 10 seconds to disprove it within hours of the shooting, yet hacks like this channel deliberately repeat it so that Republicans can pin whatever violence on something other than the sickness within the conservative movement within this country.
Mine at 2:37 because if you watch his head movement closely and think about the angle it definitely saves the former pres. Trump that he moved his head when he did. I just can't get over how close it was, like I keep wondering what it sounded like for him or how he must be feeling now.

What’s crazy to me is how people think this is “staged.” Each time I ask someone, have you ever shot a firearm past 25 yards? I have, 300 yards couple weekends each month with a 7-08mm round not even a 5.56x45. Let me tell you, to have him turn his head last minute with the round that close is not possible to be staged. Everything down to the millisecond (wind, breathing, timing) counts. Why the shooter wasn’t neutralized before or what were his motives is another story however his shot placement and BARELY missing his target is clearly not “staged.” Next time anybody has a chance, go to a local range and try taking an AR pattern rifle out shooting 25 yards or beyond consistently at a stationary target (let alone moving one). You’ll see just how difficult it is therefore how impractical the theory he planned to turn his head is.
What i can't understand is how law enforcement wasn't posted on top of that building. Its the only other structure in the vicinity. Its not like there were 50 rooftops and 1000s of windows that needed to be secured, just one.

What many people are overlooking is that 2 minutes had passed from the time security was alerted of a suspicious man on top of the roof to the moment shots were fired. In this this time they could have interrupted the rally politely asking Trump to step away from the microphone until they further assessed the situation. When it was safe for Trump to speak again he could have resumed. Even if they were waiting for clearance to take the shot on the sniper does mean they needed to wait to take Trump down from the stand. There are many levels of security at a presidential rally. (ground level and top ) All security is in constant communication with one another (microphones in their ears ) so they are always alerted every second.

What a great non-partisan breakdown. Better than anything I've seen from any other source including the MSM. I really like your approach, stating details may have already changed but this is what we know so far. To date, we continue to get just bits and pieces of information. This video looks at the entire assassination attempt in its entirety. It gives us perspective of the entire scene, including the line of sight the shooter had, as well as the layout of the two side bleachers. Even if details change this is a very important tool to help the public understand the environment in full. I hope this channel continues to follow this tragedy closely and updates the video as new information is disclosed. Thank you.

okay now that i see it, that sniper seems shocked that there's a target no one told him about, in plain sight up on nearby rooftop. right after he was done sweeping the long-distance locations with his scope. his reaction looks like a "huh? is that?" then raises his eye from the scope for a fraction of a second to confirm what the hell he was seeing, before locking in and returning fire. he seems aware that it's a threat, but more shocked that nobody told him through comms, even when the target is damn close, probably within range of ground forces security. probably thought that "no way that rooftop closest to us is unguarded by ground forces right?" before actually seeing the threat, gets taken aback, and then "oh SHIT"

Seems like they got lax... Been a while since there's been any real incident. I once watched a show (on actual TV, years ago!) where a fire expert explained that after a severe forest fire, where houses burned, the people in the nearby danger zones would take scrupulous care to cut the brush & trees all around their houses to the recommended distance, and take numerous other precautions to stay safe. But super predictably (as the expert had observed several cycles of it happening), before long the people would let down their guard a little. Forest fires seemed to happen only in far away counties or states -- and Hell, shake shingles look really nice! And everyone wants a few bushes around, & mowing far out's a pain in the butt. I forget the timeline exactly, but pretty sure he said after 10 years or so you could hardly tell that any trauma had taken place, or any lessons had been learned. So I guess we're talking about human nature, to a degree, to explain what happened in Pennsylvania.
Secret service still protected trump and took the shooter down immediately . People made mistake , that is normal. And if blaming them just for this once , nobody would like work for you . Because even through they are super careful, they still will make mistakes . Look at the illustration at 4:54. The angle of the pic shows perfect line of site through the first stands, through microphone, & to back corner of stands, but shooter is to left of this line of sight. This looks more like the window behind & to his right.

What’s crazy to me is how people think this is “staged.” Each time I ask someone, have you ever shot a firearm past 25 yards? I have, 300 yards couple weekends each month with a 7-08mm round not even a 5.56x45. Let me tell you, to have him turn his head last minute with the round that close is not possible to be staged. Everything down to the millisecond (wind, breathing, timing) counts. Why the shooter wasn’t neutralized before or what were his motives is another story however his shot placement and BARELY missing his target is clearly not “staged.” Next time anybody has a chance, go to a local range and try taking an AR pattern rifle out shooting 25 yards or beyond consistently at a stationary target (let alone moving one). You’ll see just how difficult it is therefore how impractical the theory he planned to turn his head is.

What many people are overlooking is that 2 minutes had passed from the time security was alerted of a suspicious man on top of the roof to the moment shots were fired. In this this time they could have interrupted the rally politely asking Trump to step away from the microphone until they further assessed the situation. When it was safe for Trump to speak again he could have resumed. Even if they were waiting for clearance to take the shot on the sniper does mean they needed to wait to take Trump down from the stand.
There are many levels of security at a presidential rally. (ground level and top ) All security is in constant communication with one another (microphones in their ears ) so they are always alerted every second.

okay now that i see it, that sniper seems shocked that there's a target no one told him about, in plain sight up on nearby rooftop. right after he was done sweeping the long-distance locations with his scope.

Seems like they got lax... Been a while since there's been any real incident. I once watched a show (on actual TV, years ago!) where a fire expert explained that after a severe forest fire, where houses burned, the people in the nearby danger zones would take scrupulous care to cut the brush & trees all around their houses to the recommended distance, and take numerous other precautions to stay safe. But super predictably (as the expert had observed several cycles of it happening), before long the people would let down their guard a little. Forest fires seemed to happen only in far away counties or states -- and Hell, shake shingles look really nice! And everyone wants a few bushes around, & mowing far out's a pain in the butt. I forget the timeline exactly, but pretty sure he said after 10 years or so you could hardly tell that any trauma had taken place, or any lessons had been learned. So I guess we're talking about human nature, to a degree, to explain what happened in Pennsylvania.
