@@BuildingPhysiquesyessirski!!! I’m at the point now to where I’m doing the side kicks but it feels like I have a invisible resistant band between my legs lol. I don’t feel pain when I’m kicking, so I’m wondering if should apply more strength in my kicks, or just keep kicking normal and continue stretching etc for another week or so and see if I get higher with the kicks. I don’t want to overdue it, but yeah man, I’m too lit about regaining my flexibility💯🙏🏾, it’s going to help me out big time, as I’m getting back into mixed martial arts 🥋… But overall, I’m just happy that I’m woke and getting back to me/the misson. Keep creating a path (for people like me) and doing your thing bro🫡💪🏾💯.
