- It is time to finally unlock your middle split. Join me into this 15 minute ultimate follow along middle split routine. We will go through a variety of different stretching, dynamic flexibility and mobility exercises. These will help to strengthen your glutes, adductors, hips and more. Feel free to pause the video if needed and be sure to go at your own pace.

I’m 35 trying to gain my middle splits before my 2nd Dan tkd belt, call me crazy but this is my goal for 2025. Thanks for the video please do more for the side splits too. ❤

That's a great routine. The best part middle split is once you achieve it maintaining becomes much easier. If you can lay on your stomach in middle split with your feet pointed up for a few minutes everyday. I haven't done that since 96. Haven't stopped working back to it since 05 either.... just haven't had 3 older brothers forcing me into position until I could do it on my own either tho.... my butterfly stretches still leave much to be desired also. My hip mobility is mid-hi not full. I need a few months to focus on it again. Some time soon. Before I turn 45. I got about a year and a half.
I just did the routine for the 1st time. I feel warmed up and ready for a shadow kicking session.
I did this routine. Then 15min shadow kicking. Then 10min on the stretch machine @ 35 - 39. Rolled my ankles @ 39 for the last couple of minutes. Now I feel like I've had enough. I'm do it twice a week through November.
