    Bro i have been doing your routine 2-3 times per week duing 2 months and i can't believe how mich did i improve, my kicks feels so smooth right now. Really thanks, i have been strugleling with my flexibility for a long time.

    Hey bro. You have phenomenal form. You and carl van roon and Gabriel varga are some of the best ive seen. You have to absolutely emphasize that if you cant do this excersize then you can't really kick

    Hwy bro good job I do these every night. My abductors hurt so often from it I can't even kick much anymore but I know I have to build this up it's been a year almost of figure 8s and lifting the side kick 6" holding lifting. But damn can you hold that foot high. Wow how long til I surpass my chest with the hold

      It honestly all depends on your frequency and how long you are willing to stay consistent with training. Do this for 1 months you’ll see great progress.

      ​@@BuildingPhysiques been doing it for about 8 months. Maybe doing it too often. I have seen stregth progress but I think it's flexibility. I'm about 6" off the ground with splits. All other stretches are pretty good. But my god is it hard to hold it at head height. Any tips or tricks for making it easier to hold up there? How long did it take you ? Edit: I'm not squeezing at the end and not doing these exercises but more 6" lifts, roundhouse holds and figure 8s. Front kick holds. I have not done alot of these extensions squeeze. I'll try more of your style ones. But hey great great job. I wonder how many people know how vital the strengthening part is. No one really does it btw. You know your shit. Someone taught you well. Your kicks must be deadly

    I got a question. If I train to achieve kicks will it help me out with reaching higher kicks? And if I do stretch AND do your higher kicks routines at the same time, would I see great improvements too?

    Bro in push pull leg split if I do first day bench press strength focus and then another day of bench press day hypertrophy focus(means on Monday strength and on Thursday hypertrophy)I will increase size and and strength both (same applies for deadlift and squat) and is it ok to train like that?

      Just focus on strength for awhile then hypertrophy or vice versa
