@@RealSalesDynamics I’ve been taking a well deserved break, first part of this month. Had a record breaking September. $30k month. Which is amazing for someone completely new to sales as a whole starting in February coming from being a photographer.
Just getting started. Super excited to kill it this week. Ready to get back to it and hit 50, 80k months.

Hi, really liking the videos! I’m starting Wednesday with training in TX at a company called Lumio, I’m not sure how it works yet with them (just trying to ingest as much knowledge in the game before starting) but are most solar companies doing the no down and no install costs?
Also would a great selling point be that “ the difference between paying monthly for your panel with us is that you’re going to own your own power production that stays at a fixed rate, as opposed to just giving away money to a company while the costs increase “ ?

I’m new to selling solar still but at 16:01 doesn’t he seem a little too available or “thirsty” as some would say. I’ve had more experienced people tell me you don’t want to make the customer think you’re completely available because then they think nobody else is booking appointments with them. Not hating just asking the more experienced guys which is the right way to go?
Great point Eduardo! So it really depends on the market this was filmed in Houston Texas and the homeowners there are very easy going so it’s okay. But your right rule of thumb you definitely should come across less “thirsty”

Say your name/representation and I'm pretty much going to cut to the chase, I know you're really busy "so back when these homes were built the utility company came out and installed an analog meter on all of these homes (I'm not sure if you were the original owners or someone lived here before you?) Ok, and then about 5 or 6 years ago, they came out and switched it out for smart meter which... now did they make you pay for it?? or were you one of the lucky ones that opted in the first time?
After I get to about here their usually like who the fuck is this guy? Then straight into a easy kindergardener level PPA pitch... easiest thing I've ever done.

I work the Miami Dade and Broward area and I’m closing at least four deals a week. HIGH TICKET SELLS! Come make some money instead of talking negative on people’s videos like a weirdo.
And we’re doing our meetings on zoom and are still able to run a very detailed presentations and close the deal.

@@alecm122I created a survey pitch over 10 years ago. I set around 90% of people I get at least 10 seconds into the pitch. In two hours I average about 8-10. But I’m also one of the greatest to ever do it. Not many people can say they’ve closed half a mw in a week. I know it’s arrogant, but sometimes that’s just the way it is 🤷♂️
