This worked as a early evening Christmas exercise to release a bit of holiday tension 😉
Seriously, these sequences have fixed my sacroiliitis pain, i think due to the 3D rotational flows rather than the flat 2D movements prescribed by physiotherapists. So, thank you for putting it out there for me to find in Tanzania 🙏

Always love to see your videos...especially the follow alongs! But if you know me, you know I am going to say that this video would be much improved if you were wearing NO shirt. It helps to see your form, bodylines and how your muscles contract and respond to your "smoov" moves. Guys that wear shirts during workouts these days make it seem like it is from the 80's workouts. They were good, but yours would be much better if you just lose the shirt! Love your positivity and always nice to see your smiling face!! Thanks for spending your morning with us!!!
