Excellent tutorial ✅. Explanations are precise and apt 💯. This one video shows a lot of flexible movements of our body, in such a fashion that it looks remarkably easy and performable. At 75, I'm inspired and motivated enough to do all of those shown here. I thought I'm flexible enough, but some of it seems challenging. I promise you that I will achieve all those gradually, but sooner.

Really have found all your videos useful...recovered from a stroke in 2020... these Animal flow workouts have given me the most notable results in strength and movements flexibility .
As a dancer, I really enjoy these and have added them into my training. I definitely notice that my quadrapedal agility has improved alot, as well as my overall strength. Thank you!
