Excellent tutorial ✅. Explanations are precise and apt 💯. This one video shows a lot of flexible movements of our body, in such a fashion that it looks remarkably easy and performable. At 75, I'm inspired and motivated enough to do all of those shown here. I thought I'm flexible enough, but some of it seems challenging. I promise you that I will achieve all those gradually, but sooner.

I've been doing flow movements and Yoga for a couple years, but this was a good video for getting more into the subtleties - such as your prompt to have eyes forward during certain positions. Much thanks!

I wanted to work along with some beginner animal flow videos, but they were too hard for me. I had to take it down for legal reasons. Check out my most recent video “25 Primal Movements” it’s an updated, improved and expanded version of that video I had to take down.
Any advice on variations for a front kick through? I can't get low enough to hold my weight with a hand, and I lose my balance when I try to bring my other leg forward.
Same here... I was terrified of these moves, but after a week, disk is still in and I think it might be ok. I'd go for it, try all the moves... even the scary ones. Worse case scenario... you slip the disk... but I bet that could happen washing the dishes or getting out of the car, so why not risk it to fix it. That's my thinking anyway
