    Excellent tutorial ✅. Explanations are precise and apt 💯. This one video shows a lot of flexible movements of our body, in such a fashion that it looks remarkably easy and performable. At 75, I'm inspired and motivated enough to do all of those shown here. I thought I'm flexible enough, but some of it seems challenging. I promise you that I will achieve all those gradually, but sooner.

    Excellent teaching! Breaking it down (5 point, 6-point) and modifying the moves are essential for many people, especially those who have postural/pain issues. Thank you for making these available. Really helping with my shoulder stiffness!

    I've been doing flow movements and Yoga for a couple years, but this was a good video for getting more into the subtleties - such as your prompt to have eyes forward during certain positions.

    Super helpful! I’ve been doing yoga for over twenty years, but the crab walk is a challenge. Now I can build up that strength and mobility 🤩

    I appreciate you making this video so much. I'm 59 and kinda' out of shape after a few years of chronic fatigue. I wanted to work along with some beginner animal flow videos, but they were too hard for me. These modifications are such a help, and I can hardly wait till I'm fit enough to move on to the .... beginner exercises :) :) :) Thank you!!

    Any advice on variations for a front kick through? I can't get low enough to hold my weight with a hand, and I lose my balance when I try to bring my other leg forward.

    Very good Workout..but i have Problems with my intervertebral disc and back, can hardly sit, what can i do, for this, greats from Germany.

      Same here... I was terrified of these moves, but after a week, disk is still in and I think it might be ok.
      I'd go for it, try all the moves... even the scary ones. Worse case scenario... you slip the disk... but I bet that could happen washing the dishes or getting out of the car, so why not risk it to fix it.
      That's my thinking anyway
