    I’ve been following K for 3 years. I can promise you that no matter what your preferred mode of training or fitness may be, (or if like me you like to do lots of things) with patience, and modifications as necessary, you’ll see massive improvement.     Been doing your mobility workouts for about 3 years now; It has honestly bullet proofed my body making my other training so much easier! Would love a video re: front rolls/back rolls and developing full bridges :)

    The deep knee bends were the most challenging and the backwards roll I kept simple. I like the various ways of doing these and how you explain it helps a lot. The examples of pretending to do something is extremely helpful! So much FUN!!!

    So I really like this non traditional way of moving; in a way you can say it’s primal, accepting of the individuals limitations at the moment, and creative to show us what works and what doesn’t. This is very fun, and with my ADD, and autism symptoms it really keeps my attention too. Great job 🥰, really helps my mornings start off great!

      I call the practice different things because it fills different roles at different times.     Kellen is a master of combining strength and movement. This video is a great supplement alongside weight training and conditioning. I have 2 little kids and being able to bend, twist, and carry them with confident movements is vital. Thank you!

      Some helpful drills might be: Arch Ups (3 sets of 15) & Bridge Walk Downs against the wall (4 sets of 6). 2-3 times per week. Take your time and focus on the combination of stretch & strength.
