I started stretching exercise when I was 19 yrs old. Now, at 63 I still do it regularly with the same flexibility as in my teens. Really, it’s practice that makes it perfect.
I tried to do this by putting this on the slowest motion and learning the movements !! This is nuts and it’s amazing flexibility /body control. Reminds me of capoeira 💚
Subscribed....been training everyday for 7 months . Now adding this and more movements. Hard work but paying dividends. Feeling fantastic at 51 with a six pack.

Thank you Micheal! I just start doing animal flow for the first time and analyzing all the movements to get them correct. I will be 60 November the 6th. By then I hope to successfully complete the basic movements fairly well , if not close to perfect. I know this takes a lot of time to master them all and will love the challenge to learn them. All these movement are found in Martial Arts, from Chinese Kung Fu, to Capoeira to Bjj, yet I think it's an excellent idea to teach those to people that wouldnt necessaly be interested in martial arts, the benefits are insane
Animal flow is always beautiful, when I see it. Did a little bit myself when I firsts started, it's easy to underestimate how much body muscle control, coordination and flexibility is involved. Great work!
A reminder of the gracefulness that lived within humanity that flowed within our embodiment of being physically & mentally connected to being engagingly alive!!!! ♥️ So Powerful & Most Beautiful!!!! 💃🏿
Was showing my brother a crescent kick when we were younger. Nearly cut a full slice off my big toe kicking the ducted heating intake vent instead. An empty beach is par for the course for these movements based on my experience 😅
