      Stretching prior to these movements is critical about 10 min. Practice, anyone can do it.

    I started stretching exercise when I was 19 yrs old. Now, at 63 I still do it regularly with the same flexibility as in my teens. Really, it’s practice that makes it perfect.

    I tried to do this by putting this on the slowest motion and learning the movements !! This is nuts and it’s amazing flexibility /body control. Reminds me of capoeira 💚

      @@MichaelVazquez1 why are you doing the "cartwheel" mind of motion (seen early in the video and at the very end) EXCLUSIVELY with your left leg?? That drives me crazy. You've done this cartwheel thing over 5 times with your left leg, but not once with your right, and it's triggering me.

    Thank you Micheal! I just start doing animal flow for the first time and analyzing all the movements to get them correct. I will be 60 November the 6th. By then I hope to successfully complete the basic movements fairly well , if not close to perfect. I know this takes a lot of time to master them all and will love the challenge to learn them. Of all of the videos I have watched yours inspired me the most! The music was a perfect match to your skills! Thank you truly for the inspiration. God bless

    All these movement are found in Martial Arts, from Chinese Kung Fu, to Capoeira to Bjj, yet I think it's an excellent idea to teach those to people that wouldnt necessaly be interested in martial arts, the benefits are insane

      Was showing my brother a crescent kick when we were younger. Nearly cut a full slice off my big toe kicking the ducted heating intake vent instead.

I'm a fall risk and have an CNA that helps me, which takes some of the load off of my wife. Doctors cant figure it out and it's been 3 years an no real diagnosis. I'm still not giving up.     The thing with "primal" humans (ancient humans who weren't much different than us at all) is that they probably never moved like this. They could run, jump, and climb better but the loose movements that we call primal are a very new thing
