This was a profound physical/spiritual workout! Having a body that can move like it was designed to is a blessing.
Your thoughtful, energetic, encouragement to really be present in the body and breath brings your guidance into the spiritual guide region of my brain.
Great workout.😅
This was an amazing workout! Thank you!
Fabulous
For someone who have arthritis and joint issues in hands...
You are amazing
You ROCK!!
Awesome job man. Great workout!
Really great!! 🎉
nice! thnx man!
amazing! thanks a lot from brazil
i could only make it till 15min due to my adhd, i was falling asleep. Consider that for the future. Music or something to keep people engaged. A timer works well. idk
Just got through the warm up and I can tell, another great workout from Dr Smoov! Thank you 🤙🏼
Thanks for a new one! Mastered the beginner one so I am ready for more.
Hi Smoov, great Videos and thank you so much for sharing it with us. A tiny feedback from my side, the sweat i got from the 2 videos you took out, were much more higher/intense than the videos that came after them. Those 2 Videos that you had to take down felt very complete and animal movementi. I hope it makes sense. Thank you
I agree I liked the intensity of the other workouts, it’s what made me follow
Appreciate the feedback! I'll cook up some future workouts that focus on getting that body heat up!
Yeaaah 💪💪
Thank you for your videos and for sharing! I had arthrex tightrope surgery for an ankle evulsion fracture 10 months ago. After I was done with official physical therapy and given the ok to return to work (I am a dancer) I noticed everything still wasn't quite right. Your movement practice has enabled me to find the remaining alignment and range of motion "holes". I am very grateful!
Wow, thank you so much for sharing Maura! Stoked to hear that these workouts are providing value in your recovery. I'm grateful for you. Way to put in the work!
Nursing an injury and would like to get into these movements.
@@smoovmoves gym membership ended. Looking for work but will start it when I'm back in the gym.
God dam what a rush !
Loved it! I have question though, isn't it a little too heavy on the knees? I mean, for the cowboy squats I got the impression that my knees were aching (not my legs,) while doing that part of the workout. Is it normal? D:
The cowboy squat is a more knee dominant movement, that being said, its important to still find the hips in this squat. Without much information or any assessment of you, its less about the movement being "too heavy" on the knees and more about finding a nice connection through the entire leg - hip, knee, ankle and foot so the load can be handled my all the joints instead of all the pressure going into the knee.
Let me know how this lands for you. I'm definitely due for a knee health video, thanks for the comment, a nice nudge to get that video together and published!
Hell yeah let's do it!!
Thanks once again!!
Just need some sexy music now and background babes and a VHS player.
Love and blessings!

Way to tune in on the gorilla lifts! When you are really present with that movement/position, it gets tough!
