The gym is what keeps me from descending into alcoholism, i found that i cannot remotely reach my ideal physique if i drink even once a week since i got on crazy binges. Can't build muscle, can't lose fat, can't have energy etc. Unfortunately i had some slip ups when i realized that despite building a good physique it didn't help at all with women because they are looking for money and status as well. So i went back to drinking before i found intrinsic motivation to workout regardless of what women think.

The gym will balance your life in so many ways. You can always rent a wet hole if you need one. Or book a flight to another country and meet women that won't put money so high on the list and it won't have to be as much money. Most single women in the U.S. over value them selves so much. I am wealth,6 feet tall and very fit, full head of hair, well into the 6 figures and multiple investment properties. And I don't even bother with American women their entitlement is just disgusting to me. There are over 3 billion females on earth she is not special.

I then had a guy come up to me and ask me what I was doing to lift that weight because he is stuck around 225 for a max. I told him what I did and went on with my workout. I've also noticed I had multiple people come up to me lately and comment on my physique or try and mess with me in the gym. And then it hit me I am not a novice anymore. People are admiring my hard work and dedication and want what I have. Funny thing is I am not to my goal yet. Around 177 5 ft 9.5. I cut down to 158 and that was big mistake.

Good points. I do wanna add, most men misunderstand emotions. They think emotional means a woman will be stupid, combative, angry, spiteful, inconsiderate, jealous, etc. But those are just bad emotions. Good emotions like compassion, forgiveness, attentiveness, hope, care, etc are never mentioned. So they tend to use "emotional" as a smear instead of realizing the woman they're speaking to who is being combative is just misinformed and acting out. It has nothing to do with women being emotional as a class.
Like you said also, I have met men who were attractive but the min they start the whole men vs women thing, I'm done. Its not because I support women but because I want to live in peace. I do not want to constantly be at odds with a man. It's exhausting. I do believe some men just like some women love fighting and starting arguments with women. It's quite sad. Be with a women you can enjoy drinking tea with, gardening, going to picnics, taking walks to the park, etc. Some men stay taking women out to $300 dinner dates and I did not even know this was a thing until a few years back 😂😂😂
My take away from all this is, don't be the guy who throws money at every problem and fool yourself into thinking the problem will solve itself. It won't if you are your own problem. Women make the same mistake with beauty. Most men do not know what to do with power either.

And Dr Phil. said he had been married 40 some years and his wife and him are not the same at all they were very different. Then he continued to say he did want to be married to someone just like him. He did not want to marry himself. He want to marry a woman that complimented his life by bring a different way of looking at things.

I hate your videos and love your videos at the same time. I don't hate it because its bad content or bad advice, actually the opposite. I hate it because you're very right about a lot of these things. However, I love that you have the balls to confront it and share your findings with the rest of us. I think you're doing a great thing and it makes me feel so fucking uncomfortable lol. Keep doin what you're doin. So much confusion out there and you break it down very clearly. Thanks bro

I agree with most of the stuff you said here except for the whole “start a business” thing. That’s TERRIBLE advice for most men. It’s like when a teacher asks a class full of 1st graders what their dream job is and they all say they wanna go to the NFL. Most people aren’t even capable of working for themselves on a discipline level and even if they are, there’s no guarantee they’ll be successful. In fact, most of them WILL fail. Hard work does NOT guarantee success, and quitting your job to start your own business can be the death knell for a guy that already can’t get women.

This video has come to me at a very critical time in my life. I’m currently about to get released from a rehabilitation center due to me drinking myself into a hole of depression.
I was living a dead end life. Sad or Angry every single day. I didn’t think I had anything left in the tank to change with. I spent 50-100$ a month on women who would never talk to me on the streets. I am sick.
While I’ve been here though, I’ve come to understand that it is entirely within my power to change. To get the girlfriend, and start the family I’ve always wanted. To mend my broken family and relationships. To go to the gym, and do things I actually enjoy.
Thank you very much for this. It’s well past time I looked myself in the mirror and stood up.

I have a genuine question. Do you really believe that you were clinically depressed or you’re depressed because simply you don’t like where you are in life at the time ?
There is a big difference between clinically depressed and feeling depressed only because you’re upset in your life choices, status etc...

One day at a time, bro. I'm over 10 years sober now and would never want to go back to the old lifestyle. Life gets better and more opportunities arise the more you work on creating your positive mindset. Find positive outlets to replace negative pastimes and have a support system. Take care brother

@@J-fg4zk I’ve been going to therapy from childhood trauma since I was around 16. I’m 23 now.
I have been diagnosed with moderate to severe depression.
I’m working my way out of it now, and I understand how I’ve been allowing my past to shape my view of the future, and in turn making it a reality.
I was just too lonely and afraid to stop using drugs and alcohol, because they were the only things in my life that made being alive feel worth it.
I now understand That I won’t find my calling in the bottom of a bottle or a bowl.

I've drank myself crazy because of women as well, the fact that im broke with no foreseeable good income and women just kick me when im down, i realize that if i had the validation of women i would have the confidence to change my life. But instead i progressed to at least 20 shots a day for a couple weeks and ended up in the hospital. I had to stop drinking like that due to health reasons and it was terrible anxiety and depression and being sad and angry every day, only the occasional binge episode would take me back to my fantasy world. I decided to give sober life one last chance before i drink myself to death because of women

Separate planning and execution. Even when you start to feel like your plan is will fail when you are about to do it, do it anyway. Even when you think you know it will fail, follow through anyway with the original plan. Don't change your plan during the execution. What you say you are going to do, that is your plan.
