This shines a light on something that happened to me about 7 years ago when I was 26.
I'm Australian and decided to go to Sydney and work just because I've never been there before. I lived in a hostel for the first 3 months to save money. Met this super fine German girl who was a 10 and she knew it. I've been called a 9 but I've always had the confidence of a 5, stuck somewhere between beta and alpha.

Anyway, the next couple of days, I get chatting to this British girl that had recently come to the hostel. It wasn't long before we were smashing it out in one of the rooms and hanging out, and German girl had no idea, hadn't really spoken to her again. Then one night, German girl see's us making out on a bench in the front courtyard, then ambushes me later on the stairwell as I was heading up to my room, asking about British girl. Again, naive me didn't know what the fuck was happening, and I just said "but you said you just wanted to be friends, sorry if you're upset" and just kind of left it at that. Looking back on it, I could have made that scenario play out a lot differently.
But yeah, going back to your walls point...thats what this German girl had hard. She would obviously have dudes coming onto her from all directions & just needed a guy who was willing and able to tear down dem walls. The dynamic with girls who are 9's or 10's is so different
