Perhaps you send one too many texts or seem too available to her because you genuinely like her, she can pull away because she 'feels' like she has won you over and doesn't need to pursue you anymore. Then the guy who didn't respond to her a few days ago finally responds, making her gain more interest in him over you. She then goes out with him a few times over the space of a couple of weeks, meanwhile being distant to you, before finding out the new guy is a simp or maybe he just isn't into her and breaks it off. That's when you get that 'Hey, how are you?' BS from her cos she realized that YOU are actually the higher value man. They monkey branch to other men whenever they feel bored or slightly turned off then come crawling back once they understand they've made a mistake. More often than not, they've slept with that other dude and now want to be with you again. They will never tell you this either, you just have to be smart enough to understand what is going on. It can be a case of them being afraid to commit because women HATE being rejected, they can't stand it, but what is more likely, especially if she's a 8 or higher, it's another man in the picture. Someone she perceives as higher value and she's going to explore that option while seemingly ghosting you. This is also why it always feels like they get back in touch as you're moving on with your life. They aren't done with you, a woman won't reach out to you if she doesn't like you, it's as simple as that. But you need to accept that she's been dicking around with another man while you were wondering what was happening with her. This isn't always the case, but if you understand how much women are addicted to their phones/social media purely because of the attention they get from it, you'll start to understand that there motives when pulling back are usually to do with the fact she's subconsciously looking for someone better than you. Its engraved into a woman's DNA to find the best option for herself and social media, Instagram in particular, has broken that dynamic. First, the normal one was great, alas she was overseas and the situation of the last few years took its toll with lack of travel possibilities. Next was the third type, and that would be a super passionate day or two followed by a cold shoulder of 2 weeks, under the pretence of breakup or not being good enough, only to come back even hotter every time, unfortunately followed by another cold treatment and extended break. The last one was the second example. Got along superbly, only to get cancelled because, but still texting back and forwards with not wanting to be heartbroken, and getting in your comfort zone, despite sending obvious signals of attraction. I had one of this stories, Its actually got me to dating coaches way back in 2017, the year I met the person. She was always hitting and running, and absolutely made the impossible to look like she didn't care. Then, when we were close, which happened a number of times, she revealed a part of herself that was very strangely vulnerable and VERY MUCH into me, sexwise too of course, but the shocking part was the mental connection. Of course I was very attached too, maybe even more than her. I was very very patient like LFA said, but something still felt off, and I felt like I was falling into a trap, willingly. Both of us took the courage to just untie ourselves and let that strange and strong gravity between us act and to be together. Then, during pandemic, on a regular day, I misstepped, she misstepped in turn, and I lost all my patience and I f* up greatly, I didn't hit her or anything, but I greatly upset her. I was also very upset from the whole story, which lasted for four years almost. We never spoked since, but its weird the connection was too strong, I think about her still so many times, I believe she does too.

I've been in love with this woman, definite connection, we talked almost every day for 3 years but we were both in relationships. I'm getting divorced. This video resonates with me strongly. You have described three types of women I dealt with within a short period of time. First, the normal one was great, alas she was overseas and the situation of the last few years took its toll with lack of travel possibilities. Next was the third type, and that would be a super passionate day or two followed by a cold shoulder of 2 weeks, under the pretence of breakup or not being good enough, only to come back even hotter every time, unfortunately followed by another cold treatment and extended break. The last one was the second example. Got along superbly, only to get cancelled because, but still texting back and forwards with not wanting to be heartbroken, and getting in your comfort zone, despite sending obvious signals of attraction. Oh, well, thanks for the advice, especially with the second and third example. It's really down to earth and unpretentious. Keep up the good work. Cheers.

OMG I’m that person who pulls away.. I know I think I’m highly critical of myself and it’s a product of the past ..etc and it is something that I need to work on myself!!
I had one of this stories, Its actually got me to dating coaches way back in 2017, the year I met the person. She was always hitting and running, and absolutely made the impossible to look like she didn't care. Then, when we were close, which happened a number of times, she revealed a part of herself that was very strangely vulnerable and VERY MUCH into me, sexwise too of course, but the shocking part was the mental connection. Of course I was very attached too, maybe even more than her. I was very very patient like LFA said, but something still felt off, and I felt like I was falling into a trap, willingly. Both of us took the courage to just untie ourselves and let that strange and strong gravity between us act and to be together. Then, during pandemic, on a regular day, I misstepped, she misstepped in turn, and I lost all my patience and I f* up greatly, I didn't hit her or anything, but I greatly upset her. I was also very upset from the whole story, which lasted for four years almost. We never spoked since, but its weird the connection was too strong, I think about her still so many times, I believe she does too.

The biggest thing that dating coaches get wrong is the art of attachment. The strongest bond between a man and a woman occurs only through trauma. Anytime you hear people say, "oh they were happily married", it always turns out someone was lying.
Pain is a concept that few people can comprehend because they don't even want to feel it. When you allow yourself to understand pain, you'll understand attachment. It goes deeper than happiness and peace. A lot of these dating coaches use these buzz words as if they understand what they even mean.
The reality is you're not gonna meet someone without trauma, yet you'll see these dating coaches saying they don't want to deal with anyone else's trauma but they want others to deal with theirs. I mean seriously, have some compassion, grit, and the willingness to grow out of your misunderstandings.
This whole video reminded me of a quote I had saved last year from a book I was reading...
"To reconcile them, there was no secure principle, no oath that was feared, but those who were stronger, in contemplation of the impossibility of security, all took measures to avoid suffering rather than allowing themselves to feel trust" (Revolution in Corcyra, 708 Longman).

@@404NotFoundIDontCare Essentially what it mean is, in order to reconcile (be friendly again), there won't be any values or oaths that are feared because the "stronger" ones meaning the deceitful, will always be contemplating since they don't feel safe in trusting someone else. All they really want to do is avoid suffering because that is what makes them feel stronger though it is a sign of their weakness. So the issue isn't trust (general issue) but lacking the discipline of fearing an oath that you have made to someone else.

I've been in love with this woman, definite connection, we talked almost every day for 3 years but we were both in relationships. I'm getting divorced. Her man is a cold and distant mf'er and she definitely isnt happy with him. I told her how i feel in person and she pulled me into this super intense embrace where she pressed her forehead against mine for like 2 minutes. In the days after that she went super cold and i stupidly told her i know she loves me. She got mad, called me crazy and delusional and then she blocked me on everything. That was 7 weeks ago. Absolutely savage to deal with. I've never felt this way about a woman, but I'm blocked so i guess i move on. I'm just focusing on the gym and my work.

I really wanne add something to this as a girl. GUYS I must tell you. DON'T spend time on a girl who gives you feelings she isn't interested or mixed feelings! It's not that we have issues with ourselves only. We would give that chance defenetly to a guy that we like much. Eitherway you could sense she is interested somehow. Don't even think about her problems WTF your not a therapist don't let yourself disrespect but as the lfa says don't take it personal!! @@LFA I might have to agree with this there’s a girl that I work with sometimes who’s thrown out hints, I know she talks to her friends about me, but barely talks to me when she talks to other guys at work no problem, like she’s trying to hide that she has a crush. she’ll come up to me saying something random when no ones around and other times completely ignoring me. Trying to understand her mixed signals is making me go crazy along with navigating how to make a move especially in a workplace, which I’m not that concerned about to be honest.
