- let that 💩 go queen!!
when you aren’t able to process your trauma right away, it ends up getting stored in your body
stored trauma shows up as physical symptoms like:
✨long-term physical pain
✨hormonal imbalance
✨hair falling out
✨skin issues like acne, eczema, psoriasis
✨auto immune conditions
✨stomachaches / gut issues
✨frequent headaches
✨sleep issues
✨unexplained chest pains
✨chronic muscle tension
✨anxiety / panic attacks
✨sudden, dramatic shift in weight
(it’s very common to have all or several of these symptoms) 😮💨 but….
the good news is that you can release years or decades of stored trauma in 30 days 💖
the easiest, most gentle way to release stored trauma is by doing somatic exercises 🙌🏼
somatic exercises cause a huge physical & emotional release that clear the stored trauma out of your body ✌🏼
after you release, you’ll suddenly be out of emergency mode 👑
your physical pain (including stomachaches, headaches, and chest pains will be gone) ✌🏼
if you’ve never released stored trauma before, it’s like living in a house that you’ve never cleaned (except that house is your body) 😮💨
your body doesn’t have to feel this way anymore. being at ease in your body is possible (even if you’ve been in pain for years or decades) 🙌🏼

So I did this yesterday. Not long after, I started to feel the need to cry. I couldn’t figure out why I felt this way and then it clicked that this really worked! I have so much stored trauma in my hips and I am very excited to have found a way to release it!
Wonderful!
Thank you and your Dog is beautiful, seems to be very much in tune with your energy.. ❤😊
You are so kind
Thank you
You're welcome
I've been doing this all my life....and I've had an insane life. Had no idea i was trying to release trauma this whole time.😢 Thank you

I did just this exercise (alongside trying to balance my sacral chakra....well by the second time I shaking a LOT by the fifth round the shaking suddenly stopped and felt lighter
I am so happy for you
Did this yesterday (my first time ever trying somatic exercise) and was blown away by my reaction. I was shaking a LOT and I actually started to feel giddy and started laughing uncontrollably. It was so wild and afterwards, I felt light as a feather.
That is great! I am so proud of you.
Wow I’ve tried this exercise before and didn’t notice that much but this time my legs were swinging pretty strongly from side to side for a few minutes straight. It kept getting stronger and then my legs just dropped wide open and stayed like that. Felt very relieving!!! Thank you.
Awhhh :)
Im going to try this...
Excited for you!
I did this exercise, my dog was there with emotional support
That is so sweet!
Trying this and been shaking for 20 minutes like crazy so far. What does the shaking mean and how long should I go for? Also, is there some kind of similar release for upper body?
Shaking is a sign of releasing stored trauma from the body! The heal your nervous system bundle on my website addresses the neck and shoulders as well. You can regulate your nervous system with somatic exercises here: rb.gy/cuu3p
This was a really interesting experience. For me, it was less of an emotional release-but I did get to a point where I was shaking uncontrollably for a few minutes. And that was a little intimidating because it wasn't like some little tremmor that stopped on its own...it was intense and ongoing. I had to be very intentional to stay present with myself throughout the exp. and to soothe myself while it was happening in order to keep myself calm. Which was a neat exp. b/c I've been doing a lot of work on changing patterns of self abandonment. So yeah, this is a helpful somatic exercise, but I would caution anyone who's new to trauma work or not familiar with self-regulating and self soothing to maybe do this with a trusted other, and also to be very gentle with yourself during and afterwards. 🫶
Thank you for sharing your experience with this :)
I did it Yesterday und today again. Both days my legs were shaking and i keep crying. Think there is a lot of stored Trauma inside of me😢

No shaking or crying but I'll keep trying.
Are you following the course plan?
I just finished doing this exercise. No shaking or anything. But I felt relaxed afterwards. My dog came to me and just kissed me as I finished. I think she felt the release I just had, so thank you 🤍
That is so sweet!
What program would you recommend for this?

Keep trying and follow it exactly as she says. The first time I went into the position directly without the other steps first and didn’t notice that much either
I did this and nothing happened . No shaking didn't feel anything different
Most people release between days 18-25 of the course! 🌟Check out the link I shared for some helpful techniques: shorturl.at/FMvE2
