Your a savior, I have been stuck / in like a fight or flight mode for months now. I just randomly stumbled across your page. Thank you so much, for being yourself and doing this. I need to release my trauma and my physical/ emotional tension. Im really hope I can experience what you felt. When you had a huge physical and emotional release. I need that terribly bad. I havnt been able to keep myself happy. But finding this page that can help me restore myself, was all I needed. Love that you share your beautiful smile with us while talking about healing traumas and such. Keep it up , please ❤

Thank you so much WW ! I got crying, the mad laughter, then crying again, then burps and eventually a yawn. Wow, this is powerful .

This made me extremely sleepy! It gave me the opposite of energy and groundedness, but I’m excited to use it at bed time because I have always struggled to fall asleep.

Yes! It's normal to feel tired. Yawning is a sign of nervous system healing.

This happened while driving today, I had an anxiety rising experience and then I just felt like a blank/zombie state and almost got in an accident 🥺😔. Dealing with the grief from a death, stressful toxic workplace and financial stressors. I have the course but barely any time to do it.

I get quite dizzy when I look towards the left/right corner, perhaps because of my tiredness and myopia. Maybe it will take some time to adjust to this exercise, but it sounds like a good way to release a bit of stress/anxiety from my nervous system.

Make sure you are drinking enough water. Ease into the somatic exercises and visualize yourself doing them before you ease into physically doing them.
