I get quite dizzy when I look towards the left/right corner, perhaps because of my tiredness and myopia. Maybe it will take some time to adjust to this exercise, but it sounds like a good way to release a bit of stress/anxiety from my nervous system.

Make sure you are drinking enough water. Ease into the somatic exercises and visualize yourself doing them before you ease into physically doing them.

Yes! It's normal to feel tired. Yawning is a sign of nervous system healing.
Your a savior, I have been stuck / in like a fight or flight mode for months now. I just randomly stumbled across your page. Thank you so much, for being yourself and doing this. This happened while driving today, I had an anxiety rising experience and then I just felt like a blank/zombie state and almost got in an accident 🥺😔. Dealing with the grief from a death, stressful toxic workplace and financial stressors. I have the course but barely any time to do it.

I did this for one side for about a minute. But i didnt yawn. Is this a problem? I did feel sleepy though
