    If u want perfect body then keep reading my comments
    1. drink water too protect hydration...if you are trying too weight loss then you can got dark circles or body affects so try to drink 13+ cups in a day
    2. take some rest from 15 seconds then you don't feel uncomfortable
    3. Don't eat like animals..it won't let you glow up
    4. try some tips too for glow up (not forcing)

      ​@@AnastasiaQQ7Not only exercise and workout, you should follow these things too:
      1. Dieting. You can do it standard, or then vegetarian.
      2. Eating less. This doesn't mean you have to stop eating, but you can cut off some oily foods and fast food from your plate.
      3. Drinking water. Water helps you lose weight, and you should drink a gallon of water every week.
      4. Sleeping enough. If you're an adult, most adults need 6-9 hours of sleep every night. If you're a teen or younger, you need 8-10 hours of sleep every night.

    I’m a young girl but in the past I’ve been called “skinny” “Pretty” “I wish I had your body” But recently somethings changed! All of my friends are super skinny and perfect and beautiful and I’m starting to gain access weight but at my age where I’ve just started my period and all of the hormones I’ve been struggling a LOT!       Same! When i was younger, i was underweight and called very skinny by a lot of ppl. Ever since i went through puberty and had lots of changes in my body, i ended up gaining lots of weight that was due to stress. Cuz of that many ppl treated me differently, especially my family, some were happy i gained weight since i used to be very skinny, others shamed me cuz i gained too much weight, which was half true. At the end of the day, I realize it doesn't matter if i gain too much weight or become too skinny. I just need to learn how to balance my body and eat healthy to avoid getting any sickness. Also, AVOID using food as a stress relief 😢 literally how i gained more weight a year later after i lost weight

    Pls don’t hate on this comment, but my dad is a manger at a gym, and has been for over 10+ years, and cardio is the best way to lose fat, doing crunch’s or sit ups isn’t going to make you lose weight, that will build muscle to your core, but not help you lose weight.

    I will do these everyday and I will update every day
    Day 1: Sunday 1st set hurt a lot and 2nd set isn’t bad and the 3rd set hurts like hell :3
    Day 2: Monday I don’t see a difference bc obviously it was only 1 day but felt better 1st set hurt a bit 2nd set hurts terrible and 3rd set feels like the end of the world😭
    Day 3: Tuesday today I took a break
    Day 4: I can’t do it anymore I’m very sorry this won’t work without a diet and I am very young so this isn’t the best for me I’m very sore and it just isn’t worth your time 2/10 no difference from start

    So I came upon this on UA-cam like a week ago and I decided that I'm going to start this in May to June hopefully it will work this will literally be a dream for me I am so excited to start and I have seen other girls like my cousin she only weighs like 98 pounds and I weigh 285 pounds so I'm so glad I found this 😊 I do gymnastics so hopefully it's gonna help me w that ❤❤❤

    Guys I don’t want to ruin your spirits but you can’t do an exercise that targets specific fat areas. You do exercise and maintain a good diet u may loose belly fat or leg fat or arm fat first. Everyone is different.

    Its very exhausting I cant do three repeatitions with thiety counts I did only one set for each type and already I am exhausted and for first and second exwrcise I had to solit it uo as 15 counts then again 15 counts ! It took me 20 minutes to comoete only ine set if thrity counts for each and already I am exhausted now I am going for standing cardio plus arm workout for 10 minutes in the evening and leg stretching for 15 minutes and back stretching for fifteen minutes ! Its my day 14 of exercise each day I am doing at least 30 minutes of workout everyday bellu workout is the must also I am going to add arm workout for ten minutes belly for ten minutes back stretching ten minutes leg stretching ten minutes and cardio for five to ten minutes I am going yo imcrease my time to 45 minutes to one hour from Day 16 today I will start if I comolwte my other chiresnin my Today's Planned schedule in my mind !
