I’ve been doing this exercise two times a day for the past three weeks. I was 53 kg when I started it. I didn’t lose any noticeable weight, but my stomach flattened down a lot, my legs got toned and I definitely can see the improvement in my posture. It’s worth it guys, don’t give up.

Hi ..after 6 months doing this zumba, I am writing here my experience..lost 10 kg weight and 6 inches of waist..my backside pouches(tyres) are disappeared.. really happy with my new look.. thank you zumba class because this weight was causing me nervous Ness and was thinking like I am suffering from some hormonal problem and all....but this zumba realised me how special I am!... And yess,,without any dieting I have achieved this weight loss..just walking and zumba

well if this helps anybody, i would just like to say i use to be 240 pounds and i used this video at a very big weight i started seeing results in week 1 and i felt more energetic and happy and started to feel lighter … months went by i also changed my diet and drank a lot of water and went on a 30 min walk before doing this video. i am now 150 pounds in under a year. This is a great video don’t think twice just do it everyday!! it’s a short video!! it helps alot. i had no help from anyone and no advice i’ve just found this read comments and took a risk. GOOD LUCK GUYS❤️

Not really like that... I used to avoid all the junk foods and used to eat fruits and green veggies more.. That's it!!!

I was 68 kg,did this routine almost 4 months regularly and l am now 54 kg
Started it with weight 60 kg.. And after one week I was completely surprised with the result🤩.. coz it became 59 kg within a week (19/04/2024).. Also I changed my diet plan and reduced sugar .. I don't eat anything at night.. Also take green tea for two times

This is my favorite work out video, i' ve done this everyday for a whole month and lose 12kg, cut sugar and carbs and the result will be faster and amazing
It is an outstanding exercise it helped me to reduce weight.

I just started yesterday Oct. 20, weight was 62.3 and i continued it today. Weight now is 61.6 with 1000 calorie diet and plenty of warm water (2.5 litre). Was so eager to continue for a month . Amazing zumba choreography..Goal is 50 kg.. Will update soon..

I was 58 kg when I started it and today after 1 month my weight is 56kg...with a health diet and not skipping any meal..I started eating fruits instead of any snack...It is so easy to do.

- I maintained my weight on these because, I lessened my strictness and allowed myself to eat foods I prohibited myself before, but I still exercised diligently, so i was satisfied.

- Still the same with July, I still exercised consistently and ate food with limitations.
September: 59 - 61 kg
- Yes you see that right, I went to 59 - 61 kg. That's because I added a Chloe Ting workout and basic bell liftings. I don't look fat but I became heavy because of gaining muscles. My arms are toned and I could see my defined collar bone now.
Now it's june!! I actully reached 55 kg at some point. But this month's been kinda hard since i had a lot of friends who has a birthday in june😂😂 I think this month's the month where i ate the most😂😂 Anyway, I am finished with my 4-month diet!! And I plan to maintain my 56 kg weight and if possible, reach 55 kg again. Thank you everyone for your encouraging words and support!! I hope you too meet your goal in dieting!!

Also I wanna share something, so after 2 months when I first started losing weight, I went to my skinniest body, i was 56 kg and I looked really skinny in real life than when I took pictures. SOOOO I was really happy and I felt great fulfillment, so to whoever's doing these exercises, trust the process!!

- Hi! just an update, as of now I am at 58 - 62-ish weight. FYI, the previous months this year, my weight was just shifting from 58-62-ish. I plan to reduce 3-5 kg and maintain a 55kg as goal this year. Let's do our best!

Every morning, I eat sandwich and a cup of soy milk then lots of water.
Every Lunch our fam usually go with veggy dish or fried fish so i go with a cup of rice and any veggy dish or fish dish. There are times i boil 2 eggs and eat it with rice and ketchup, but there's some times I eat 3 pcs of sweet potato for lunch ( they're my favorite that's why), then lots of water.
Then my Dinner are often salad or cornflakes and milk.
Reduce your sweet intakes, No colas, more water. Also, if you feel hungry, fruits are better one's than junk food! I often eat a piece of apple, watermelon or pear when i get hungry.

To be honest, these food cycle i do doesn't really lasts for long but, these are the ones that usually we have at home. I still eat rice, sometimes pastas, or meat and other food. It really differs to everyone and what your family cooks for every meal, it's discipline on food we need to make our goal happen.

When I started this workout video it was by mere curiosity and frustration of other Exercising Videos/Zumba classes I’d bought or had seen on UA-cam but what I didn’t know is it would be so different, it was easy to follow and yet so extremely effective for me. Other exercise videos were hard to follow along with and the talking/commentary in them would leave me feeling discouraged inside but not with this workout. These aren’t super fitness models these are real women with real bodies and something about her silent encouraging smile keeps me motivated during the whole session. All I do simply watch , follow , sweat and watch the weight drop.
Now I feel challenged weekly to do at least 3/5 and eat healthier with smaller portions. Really I can’t say enough amazing things about it but one things for certain finding this routine has changed my life. Thank you

@@sindhupriya3010 just once a day, I didn't diet specifically I just ate my normal foods 3 times a day but with no snacks and no gas. I tried doing it twice a day this year, it was effective but it mostly resulted in muscle pain, so once is enough
Loosing weight is not difficult just one day start doing ...start doing these exercises and you will clearly see difference in 5 days fr I am not lying even I am fat I am working on my self with these exercises keep going love ❤️

Physical changes- drastic difference in body flexibility + inch loss.
I did this regularly except for 4-5days, my toddler keeps me on toes so I’m active plus I do 8k steps. Ate healthy balanced diet & dint starve. In addition , I included some yoga postures for my back pain.

Helpsss a lot....lost 11kgs in 6 months...ofcourse with diet...Thankful to these great moves...guys go for it..start it today..with discipline..follow for an year atleast ... have a healthy mindset and long term goal..do not fall for short term results..those are not long lasting

This workout is so effective I started at 88 and now after a month I am 83 and that too with all of eating thank u for this fun workout

Yes I did intermittent fasting but a I ate in 8 hrs window and 16 hrs rest

I love the music. Looks simple but I end up sweating like crazy. Glad I live alone cuz I felt like I looked crazy doing some of the routines.

I was doing this workout two years ago and after almost a year I shifted to other workout videos and now I am searching for a full body workout again and can't find a good one. Then, I remember this video workout and honestly I preferred this. I also miss the ryhthm.
