I don't know my exact weight but I know it's around 50kgs. This must be good for grown ups but I'm only 12 years old. Even though I was always overweight because of my height, I was quite skinny. Recently I have gained a lot of weight and am getting all puffy. I also had back and neck pain. I'm doing this from 3 days and there is so much improvement and I'm feeling healthy and fresh. My mom says that I'm a bit fat because I'm just growing up. I should not be doing heavy exercises. This lockdown made me very unhealthy. Luckily I found this video and I have benefited a lot. I surely recommend this to others

@Aarzoo Mumtaz iam not follow any deit plan.... Only control food.... Don't eat white colour foods such as rice, milk,... I think one month I won't take any sugary items.... So just avoid junk food... It's very useful to fat loss... Now I lost 6 kgs in 25 days... Eat healthy foods....I already tried one deit plan INTERMETTANT FASTING... It's also helps me to loss more kgs but now I realize physical workout is best... So do this 8 workout every day with control food... Better result u definitely see it... Gud luck dear!! ✨

Key is to keep going 💪🏻 Day 6: 🙅♀️ took rest Day 7 : No more sore muscles but felt like day 4 Day 8: ☑️ much easier than earlier days Day 9: rest (periods) Day 10:rest (periods) Day 11: ☑️ I did see slight difference and then i foot got injured. its been 2 weeks since then will start again from day 1 🥹

I finally found a good exercise channel. Today i start and ill see how it goes ^^ Day 2 done ✔ Day 3 done and i can actually see some improvement in me✔ Day 4 of doing this exercise✔ Day 5 of doing this exercise and i see that i lost weight from the sides and from the front of my stomach ^^✔ Day 6 done and i see a lot of improvement and i can do these exercises a lot better then the forst time i did them. Day 7 done and ive lost a lot of weight in these 7 days i will definitely continue to do these exercises.

I weighted 52.6 at only 9yo I used to be normal kid but it caught a bad sickness when I was 3yo it caused fat to occur in my body my liver was damaged now my liver is still a bit sick but I try my best to get rid and make my body healthy and happy so it's right how day 14 doing this and I feel great I've lost 20 kgs and now weigh like a normal child I right now weigh 34kgs doing this

Hii.. im 15 years old,my current weight is 55 and my goal is 40. Im did this workout past 2 days. I feel better. I hope it will works. Pls wish me guyss..
I have started doing this workout current weight might be around 53 kgs aim is to loose 8 - 10 kgs. Will stick to this exercise for a month.
Repeat each exercise 3 times
Day 1 : ☑️ lots of sweating but felt good
Day 2 : ☑️ little tough than yesterday due to sore muscles tomorrow might be easier
Day 3 : ☑️ today also it was little bit difficult specially first two exercises and last two sore thigh muscles. Completed all the exercises in less time i took less break compared to first two days. Keep hydrating yourself
Day 4: ☑️ I was exhausted today felt like vomiting I kept myself hydrated don’t know the cause might be because i was already too tired
Day 5: ☑️ Today it was little easy. soreness in muscle is still there but comparatively very less from first 2 3 days. Key is to keep going 💪🏻
Day 6: 🙅♀️ took rest
Day 7 : No more sore muscles but felt like day 4
Day 8: ☑️ much easier than earlier days
Day 9: rest (periods)
Day 10:rest (periods)
Day 11: ☑️
I did see slight difference and then i foot got injured. its been 2 weeks since then will start again from day 1 🥹

I weighted 52.6 at only 9yo I used to be normal kid but it caught a bad sickness when I was 3yo it caused fat to occur in my body my liver was damaged now my liver is still a bit sick but I try my best to get rid and make my body healthy and happy so it's right how day 14 doing this and I feel great I've lost 20 kgs and now weigh like a normal child I right now weigh 34kgs doing this
