I am 15 years old, and right now I weight 65kg and my height is 175 cm. I had problem with my leg which lead to situation where I couldn't walk. I don't think that I am fat, but I just believe that I am not at my ideal weight. I started this 3 days ago, will notify my results in a month. (Just to mention, my leg is still not properly in function so this workout is at some point hard for me.) Hii, this is edit, I see some kind of results ( I am not on diet or something so I am not complaining) at this point I realized it's not just about looking good, but feeling good. Everytime I workout I don't see it as 'I will lose weight' I see it as 'I am feeling good and healthier' I don't do same workout all the time, I switch between her workouts and let me tell u, I love it Again edit: it's been 3 months, and I still do her workouts daily. Seriosly, she changed my routine.
Hope your leg is better now. I want to say your weight is perfectly healthy and fine for your height ❤ ask any dietitian and she/he will say so! Jesus bless you ❤

Been follow your pilates vid for more than 3 months my body change indredibly although at first i think that i was slim all the time but now the muscle in my bicep and tricep are visible than before so much

From today i will start dcumenting my journey. day 1: could barely finish each session without falling on the mat every ten econds lol, and also struggled to even correctly do some exercises. but the feeling of accomplishment at the end of it is something else (loved it) day2: I actually forgot to do it 💀 Day3: I managed to finish almost all the exercises. The most difficult was the third one for each leg and the last ones where you have to stand only on one hand was nearly impossible for me. Overall it was still very hard but I enjoyed it more.
Day 1: did a lot of the exercises wrong, it was hard Day 2: was still hard skipped 1 or 2 exercises Day 3: skipped a few days for my birthday, still hard but only skipped 1 exercise
Hello! Don’t worry about it. I think it just takes time. You need to build strength first (comes from a girl whose arms and wrists were spaghettis). What I did is take lots of proteins (protein powder). I would recommend a channel called Dadacafe. Her workouts are more beginner friendly and you can build strength from there. Don’t get discouraged! :)
I know this might sound silly but I am wondering how do you shoot your videos without ever checking the timer on your clock, do you count back? Or is there someone helping you with a timer? Help out a beginner 🥹
