She really had me cussing by the second movement. This 10 minute work out will have me feeling the burn for the whole day but now, I want to continue doing this video until it isn't a challenge. @@arianna5805 at first i was doing other creators' workouts, then i found lidia and now exercise with her! i tried almost every workout on her channel and i can tell they are all effective, just do whatever you feel like doing. i personally started to see drastic changes half a year into pilates, because i finally started eating normally and stopped overexercising

I just want to say I've been doing this for 3 months straight, like 5 days a week. Aside from my daily 20 minutes at home on the treadmill, this has legitimately helped me lose 3 kg. 😭😭 As someone with PCOS, this is just the perfect intensity for me. I've been trying to lose weight for almost 2 years and nothing happened. I tried starving myself, which made everything worse. Then I decided on mindful eating-I don't count calories though-and paired it with daily exercise that I would enjoy. Then I found this. Just want to say thank you so much! I will continue doing this until I reach my weight goal of 65 kg. I am now 67 kg, down from 70 kg. ❤❤❤🎉🎉
I workout a lot and have huge thigh muscles but I don't do pilates. now I decided to do it to help toning my body and when I tell you I never felt that my muscles are weak until I tried this workout. Will do it everyday for a week and update you later! THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO 💞💞
if anyone suffers from constant back pain (after waking up, when sitting, lying down, standing for a long time), doing this workout consistently like 5 days a week will neutralize it completely. i like that its shorter and you can fit it in a busier schedule and apart from feeling better, i strengthened my core drastically. just be consistent guys and the results will come!
I tried this about a year ago and was like NO too hard!! I was terrified of Pilates so I put it aside for HIIT now that I am stronger with better endurance than ever I came back to this and THIS IS BEYOND BEAUTIFUL!!!!! ❤

Started AGAIN IN 2024✨ weight: 64 Day 1 ✅ + Chloe cardio + muscle training upper body - phew it was hard after that time! But still manageable 😎 I feel the tension in my belly! Start doing this from yesterday (2023) with Chloe cardio ✨ My weight 69 Goal: 59, and nice hourglass waist Day 1 ✅ great! My stomach and legs were on fire Day 2 ✅ still on fire! Haha Day 3 ✅ still on fire but less pain and I have more stamina, I had cardio before plus drinking 2 l water Day 4 ✅ only 10 min cardio + this exercise + 2l water - I am burning the fat 🔥 Day 5 ❌ today I danced for one hour and did 10 min Lilly Sabri abs workout. But tomorrow continuing with this! Day 6 ✅ I walked 30 mins plus did this. I feel stronger! However my legs hurt so much today xD after the dance from yesterday and I also used a resistance band for a walk today Day 7 ✅ Yesterday I ate a lot because I was so hungry 😭. But I did 10 min Chloe cardio + this workout. I am sweating a lot ! The weight is still 69. But I know I need to adjust my diet more and be persistent ✨ Day8 ✅ sorryyy for the late update! I did this + one abs workout only Day9 ❌ I couldn’t 😭 I was busy Day 10 ✅ first cardio 20 mins + this + arm workout Day 11 ❌ busy :( Day 12 ❌ I got sick but I was checking myself in the mirror and ngl! 25/07 - third workout of the week and I'm feeling great. I feel proud as I don't have to stop the exercises to rest, I can do it from start to finish in one row. 16/10 - I did it two times in a row today, I found it pretty simple :) great for beginners I guess !
I’m going to try to do this 10min workout straight for two weeks and when i have done these 2 weeks i want to switch up to 20min workouts every day! I will tell you how it went for me and if i was able to achieve any results! i had a neurological disorder which caused me to be paralized. after nearly a year now i am able to comfortably walk again but get really tired after ten minutes and cant to squad like movements without falling. i didnt finish the 10 minutes but i could feel it in my legs and hope it will help me get at least some strenght back. i really enjoyed it and will come back whenever i can!

I‘ve been doing your workouts for almost 2 weeks now and I definitely feel how it gets less of a challenge each day. I don‘t see a difference and haven‘t lost any weigh yet but to be honest, I haven‘t changed my diet and I haven‘t done cardio, but I feel how my muscles get stronger. I just need to stay motivated because I feel how each day, I get less motivated. Until now, I could convince myself to do it but I‘m not sure I can next week. Any tips?
hey girl!! i think definitely try to not do it every single day sometimes that can seem like too much of a chore and then you won’t enjoy it! so consistency with 3-4 days a week is already incredible, and remember motivation comes and goes but just remember how it makes you feel 🫶🏻

Hey there! I just wanted to share something exciting with you. Since I started doing Pilates, my body has undergone a transformation. I used to weigh 45, but now I weigh 35! I know life can get busy, especially for students like me, but I want to encourage you not to lose hope and give Pilates a try. Trust me, it's worth it! If you're not sure where to start, my recommendation is to do it early in the morning after taking a bath. And try to schedule it for 4 days a week. For me, that's Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. I also have a little trick for those days when you're lacking motivation or tend to procrastinate. Just listen to some motivational videos on UA-cam. They always help me realize that I shouldn't waste my time fighting!

hey i used to do pilates in the beginiing of the year for around 3 times per week and i ate smaller portions and eat a salad with dinner. these things helped me loose aroun 0.75kg or 1.5 pounds per week. make sure ur also drinking water

If you're not sure where to start, my recommendation is to do it early in the morning after taking a bath. And try to schedule it for 4 days a week. For me, that's Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
I also have a little trick for those days when you're lacking motivation or tend to procrastinate. Just listen to some motivational videos on UA-cam. They always help me realize that I shouldn't waste my time fighting!

I really love this workout! I highly suggest to begginers.
Amazing quick workout, if you want a longer you can associate it with the abs one its great ! I don't understand why you don't have more followers bc I compared with other (famous) workouts and yours are much better

Day 1 ✅ my legs hurt so bad but managed to complete it all, def recommended feel so fresh right now

Day5 ✅ My legs still hurt a bit since I wasn't consistent but apart from that pulling both legs up at the same time I can pull off all the other exercises for now and its super refrshing
I know right 😩 it's my second week now and still can't do the two legs at the same time

If I do one of your weekly Pilates plans for a month, will I regret the results? I struggle with a large belly, arms and thighs (53 cm in thighs). hey i used to do pilates in the beginiing of the year for around 3 times per week and i ate smaller portions and eat a salad with dinner. these things helped me loose aroun 0.75kg or 1.5 pounds per week. make sure ur also drinking water
