20 min Intense SHOULDER Dumbbell Workout | Follow Along

  • In this 20 min Intense SHOULDER Dumbbell Workout | Follow Along, we will have 5 sets of 2 exercises for two consecutive rounds. Each exercise will be performed for 40 seconds, with 15 to 20 seconds of rest in between. Since we are focusing solely on the shoulders, this routine might be challenging, but we will push through it together. This workout targets all three heads of the deltoids.
    The dumbbells that I am using are:
    2x18kg (Red color on the screen)
    2x10kg (yellow color on the screen)
    2x5kg (Green color on the screen)

    You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells.

    I simply love these shorter straightforward workouts. One can do a few at a time. I still do that 15 minute one. It’s my favourite will add this as well. Thank you very much. How about doing a shorter one like this for arms and back or one for arms and one for back or whatever you decide. Thank you!!!!!

    omg ------shoulders on fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥 - feel so good 💪💪💪 i dont think ever can shoulder press 18kg - i used 10kg, 8kg and 5kg but i feel good about it - shout out to our amazing PT daniel - thank you 🫀

    Just did this one to focus on shoulders! I did the side plank arm raise standing up since I'm doing physical therapy for my left forearm. This workout was perfect! I can't wait until I can use heavier weight on the left side again! Thank you so much Daniel! You are so inspirational!

    This made for an excellent challenging bonus round for one of the Full Body Dumbbell HIIT workouts I did prior to this one 🔥💪🏼💦
