I have never seen anyone so much in control of their body. You are so impressive
Lately this video is my daily practice guide for pace and nice reminders of posture corrections and alternative poses. Love it!
Intense. I thought I was strong. Jeepers, do I have a lot of strength yet to gain! Thanks for an intro to Ashtanga.
I always come to your practices when I'm feeling sluggish and need a challenge to invigorate the day!
Definitely your videos, changed my life, Teacher CC 😊😊😊😊 ... So explicit, kind, relaxing, sweet and smart Teacher 😊😊😊😊
Thanks God ... Today is Thursday of Teacher CC 😊😊😊🙌🙌🙌💪💪💪🙏🙏🙏
Very challenging. Not sure I liked it which makes me want try it again . Thank you CC. You always seem to challenge me and make me try harder.
Yes, Ashtanga my favorite way to wake up in the morning! -Your transitions are gorgeous CC!
Thank you sooo much Eelke!!!☺️
Amazing class! Your poses around the 40 minute mark we’re nuts lol. I watched but maybe one day I’ll be that strong. Thank you!
So inspired! Amazing Asanas
Wonderful practice!
Thank you so much. ❤
Thank you so much, Peace And Love 🙏💖
This is the perfect Ashtanga class for me right now! Thank you!! Hard enough so that I have lots to work towards but still easy enough to follow. Also you have a very soft and calming voice. Thanks again!
Amazing thank you!
Thanks for a great class!
Fabulous class - LOVED IT - thankyou :)
Thankful for you sharing your practice! 😁💚
Wow! Sweaty flow! Loved it but super challenging and advanced! I am an intermediate yogi so I am starting to transition into more advanced classes! I have a long way still! But loving every step of my journey! Thank you CC! NAMASTE🧘♀️💕
Intermediate is relative. This is a shorter version of the first sequence you learn to practice in an Ashtanga Yoga class! ;)
With diligent regular practice, you'll get stronger and more flexible.
I've occilated in and out of regular practice, and the difference I feel and see with regular practice vs no or little practice is like the difference between feeling 15 years older or younger. Worth every minute!
More Ashtanga yesss 💙Thank you CC!
thank you for this very nice practice. i appreciate that you did two poses after navasana instead of going right to back bending. i think i need that! mostly i listened to the count to keep me at a quicker pace, since i tend to be slow, but sometimes i stopped to watch your transitions. nice jumping back and through - so strong!
Nice and strong challenging practice. Totally enjoyed it but some poses I skipped. You truly talented and so well done into this flow. Thank you CC. Namaste🙏🙏😍😍
Wow, thank you so much Neny!!! I'm so glad you enjoyed it, and took care of your body :)
Though this class is fantastic, I felt this little fast paced. Expecting few slower classes. Love all your content, thanks for making my life better. 🙏🏼
Try playing it at 0.75 speed
Great practise. Thank you 🙏 just a shame I can’t shoot back for a chaterunga, lift my body Weight through my arms, put my legs over my shoulders... apart from all that!! 😂😂🙏🙏😁
lorraine gillingham hahaha I was just about to say the same thing... standing postures check, the majority of the second half no check. Enjoyed it nonetheless 🤙🏻
Thanks for the class :)
Perfect as always!Namaste🙏🏻
It's a really great class, quite challenging for someone new for ashtanga but still good to get familiar with the poses and jump throughs.
Only one really annoying thing going on here: commercials popping up at every 15 mins or less...it quite breaks the flow and i got really annoyed when the 4th one came. Is there any way this can be stopped?
Thanks for making free yoga classes possible!
Namasté 🙏 ...uff mil gracias linda 💕🧘🤸
Never been so stresses counting 1,2,3*4*5 ...it is not even possible to relax for 3 seconds and again 1,2,3,4*,5...maybe this posture, maybe that porture ,1,2,3,4,5....again vinyasa...
I AM almost having a hearth atack counting and counting...
Sweet voice but please give some time so we can find some yoga during the practice..Pleaseeeee
Thank you so much for the class, this is my go to daily morning practice. Can you please make a video for the second half prime flow?
Nice class! Very nice and slow pace I would like to attend one of your classes
Great addition to my Ashtanga practice! Would love to see a backbend-centered vinyasa as well! Maybe a build up to some Pincha and handstand to scorpion kinda stuff 😁
Great video. Thanks. BTW, you can use After Effects to remove those people behind you. Look up Content Aware Full. It’s surprisingly easy. I love the serene backdrop.
Thanks for introducing your session. I plan on doing this my next opportunity. My local fitness center has decreased the instruction and I'm been lacking opportunities to practice and like to have someone directing me.
Great, but the adverts are really disturbing
Awesome practice, I had to skip about 30% of the more advanced poses.
Question, how can I work my way into jump-throughs without hurting my shoulders?
Apolino, practice them on blocks first to give you extra space! Make sure your alignment is good also to protect your shoulders!(shoulders no lower than elbows in chaturaunga etc.)
Hi, I was trying to get the headstand guide but it wouldn't let me hit submit. Am I doing something wrong?...I just got it!
Always looking forward to your amazing classes^^! Thank you so much,CC!
P/s: Could u create a series of arm balances videos ( each video includes a peak pose)? I want to master these pose so much!!!
Love that idea, thank you!!
Hey CC when you are standing with your leg out to the front and then move to the side, if you can't stand up straight and grab your toes with your hand, should we just beusing a strap around the foot to keep our back straight?
Yes!! :) A strap would would be very helpful to keep your back straight. You can always keep your knee bent as well if you don’t have a strap or your if hamstrings are feeling super tight.
Most challenging class i've ever done! I had to stop at 44mins! This is definitely a challenge that I want to complete! CC - do you do weight training as well or just yoga? Thanks!
Ashtanga can be challenging!! I love that you want to keep at it!😍
No, I don’t weight train. I practice yoga daily and probably once a week I run with my dad!💛✨
Yoga Dose Ok thanks good to know because I want to get stronger without doing boring weights (don’t kill me - I know the love for lifting is subjective)! I am glad to hear that doing yoga can make me stronger too!
Thanks again and I wish you have live classes in Toronto!!!
Yes!! Yoga can make you sooo strong, and in a different way than weight lifting. You just have to find what works best for you. 💪
And someday I would love to, Ive never been to Toronto!💛
You’ll love Toronto! We’re very peaceful and polite (yes the stereotype is true). Lots to do here too!
@@YogaDose cc I loved this session very much 😊
I can't do crow pose, head stand, shoulder stand.. But I have huge arm fat, I want to lose my arm fat and tone them.. Pls help.. Namaste 🙏
CC is AAA
I do understand that lots of people can do all of those jump throughs and lifting legs completely, but please, for those of us who are not already beginners and not yet as advanced as you, kindly show VARIATIONS! Most of the things starting from 34th minute were undoable at all. It brings frustration and negativity to the practice
Thanks for the class :)
