Bro which type of muscular endurance exercises should be included in functional training..? It is mentioned in the book exercises should focus on muscular endurance, flexibility core and balance exercises

Thanks for the amazing explanation brother...I have small doubt...like during months of resistance training that muscle growth is high due to motor learning but after few months the muscle growth is less comparative to initial months...what might be the reason??
