    As always his sincerity and humility is very refreshing. I have had lessons with Sanjay. I am preparing for my exams. 7 day cram. too bad. anyway, wanted to say that he is awesome. Very willing to say if he is errorneous, which is a quality as a trainer we should have. Ready to say we made a mistake. Love your videos. Keep inspiring and empowering Sanjay!

    Bro in aerobic efficiency...we train only just above vt1 (steady state)or do interval training just between vt1 for sometime and above vt1 for sometime

    • @rebelwithadream3303
      @rebelwithadream3303  4 роки тому +1

      We do interval training above VT1 for sometime and then back to below VT1. Keeping the entire interval above VT 1 would be a final progression depending on the individual and his/her motivation level. As a general rule, the warm up and recovery intervals will be done below VT1 and the main interval will be above VT1.

    Use of creatin supplements during hypertrophy and cardio training is good or bad or we really need that such type of supplement?

    • @rebelwithadream3303
      @rebelwithadream3303  4 роки тому +3

      Creatine supplementation should be avoided only if you have renal dysfunction (meaning kidney problems), diabetes, hypertension. Also, if you have a crappy lifestyle that involves excessive alcohol consumption, very low water consumption, etc. So yeah, if you don't belong to any of the above categories, then feel free to use Creatine for hypertrophy, cardio training , etc assuming that you don't exceed the recommended dosage and you are consuming atleast 2-3 litres of water regularly.
      Hope, I have answered your question fully Chirag. 🙂👍

    • @rebelwithadream3303
      @rebelwithadream3303  4 роки тому

      I don't understand the question fully, but I am assuming that the lats are overdeveloped and tight. Is the client able to flex his shoulders above his head without arching the lower back or flaring at the ribs? If he is not able to then lats are tight and need to do foam rolling and stretches for the lats. You can also do the Apley's scratch test and check his shoulder Mobility as well as the thoracic spine movement screen....... But without seeing the client, I cannot really tell or suggest an appropriate Fix.

      Now if the gap is too much then like I said , check for those things that I mentioned in my comment above. Either way it's difficult to give a fix without taking a look and doing a few assessments.

    Clarify this please aerobic phase one how is fat a fuel??is it not glycogen??

    • @rebelwithadream3303
      @rebelwithadream3303  3 роки тому +2

      Aerobic phase is in the presence of oxygen. Fat is being oxidized with the help of Oxygen to produce energy. Therefore fat is the primary source of fuel in the aerobic phase
      .
      Anaerobic phase is in the absence of oxygen. So body relies more on carbohydrates and glycogen stores to produce energy (anaerobic glycolysis). Therefore glycogen is the primary source of fuel in the anaerobic phase.

    • @AN-zg3sr
      @AN-zg3sr 3 роки тому

      Thanks for the clarification..if a person does not have glycogen stores assuming he depleted it still if he continues in the anaerobic zone then where will the body draw energy from ... your videos help a lot

    • @rebelwithadream3303
      @rebelwithadream3303  3 роки тому +2

      @@AN-zg3sr See every time you are doing an activity you are using both fat as well as glycogen. Now, in aerobic phase the "primary" fuel is fat whereas in anaerobic phase the primary fuel is "glycogen" that's all.
      .
      Remember that your liver also has glycogen stores. So it will also provide glycogen when your muscle glycogen is depleted. Now let's assume all the glycogen is depleted. Then yes your body will rely on fat for fuel, but then at this point your performance will get affected and usually you will end up stopping the high intensity exercise.
      .
      For low intensity fat is enough. For high intensity and short bursts of energy you need glycogen and ATP. But at all times your body is using both fat and glycogen for fuel. So the question is what is the "primary" fuel being used.

    • @AN-zg3sr
      @AN-zg3sr 3 роки тому

      @@rebelwithadream3303 thanks for your explanation!please with ur permission asking u one more question..is it advisable to do aerobic activity first and then do an anaerobic activity when we plan a workout ??Or it does not have an impact on performance??Thanks

    • @rebelwithadream3303
      @rebelwithadream3303  3 роки тому +2

      @@AN-zg3sr You should always start at zone 1 (aerobic phase, below VT1). And then go for anaerobic endurance or even anaerobic power.
      .
      This way you will prepare your Joints, body, and mind for the high intensity, and therefore minimize Injury. It will also impact your performance positively.
      .
      Usually you are training in zone 1 (aerobic) during your warm up and cool down exercises.
      .
      In fact most athletes spend 70-80% time in zone 1, less than 10% time in zone 2, and 10-20% time in zone 3.
