    Bro I did not get that as you said that the muscle which are shortened it needs to be stretch ryt?Nd the muscle which are lengthened it should be strengthen so just like if I need to stretch my tricep so I ll flex by biceps to get stretch so same with neck as m also having this problem so neck extensors is shortened so ese theek krne ke liye neck flexors ko activate ni krenge by pulling neck down ??

      If your neck extensors are tight then you can stretch it by flexing your neck and holding that position for a few secs. Stretching the levator scapula and upper traps will also be beneficial. Also, if your next extensors are tight, chances are that your neck flexors have become weak due to reciprocal inhibition. So you must do some strengthening for the neck flexors.
      And remember that triceps are used not just for elbow Extension but also Shoulder extention. So for stretching the Triceps you have to do the opposite movement (i.e, Shoulder flexion along with elbow flexion - similar to the stretch position in skull Crushers Exercise)
