THAT is how you make a chicken and mashed potatoes bowl! My son worked at KFC when he first started working and he brought me a bowl home. It was not good!! I told him I could remake it better, but I like your version better than mine! Sour cream into mashed potatoes?? Genius!!! I will make this version the next time he is home and blow him away!

Every chicken I place in a wet marinade will forever and now be in a “Bird Bath” 🤯 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Killed another one👏🏻 even if I can’t do corn in my taters! Smooth and creamy all the way for me🙌🏻

A little late, but I just wanted to say, I roast whole corn in my oven by wrapping it in foil with a little butter, salt and pepper and then put them right on the rack under the broiler about 10-15 minutes depending on how roasted you want it. Turn them once or twice part way through so they roast evenly. They don't get the same char as they do with the flame, but they still taste fantastic. It's my go-to for corn when it's too cold to grill outside. Can also do the same method for baked potatoes (only difference is to add the butter and seasoning after it's cooked) 😊
