I love how stoneware browns whatever you are baking. They work great and are worth the extra money vs a flat non-stick pizza pan. I heard that those steel plates work amazing too but I looked at the price of the decent ones and decided my stone worked fine. But they get super hot and crisp up whatever you are baking really well from what I've heard.
I agree with ole boy. Some places I even have to ask for extra sauce because they overdue it with the cheese. Perfect pizza is an oily pepperoni pizza with the cheese and sauce sliding off as you pull the slice. 😋

This recipe is so easy! so I'm from NYC home of the best pizza just saying lol but a fun fact is that Brooklyn is known for putting sugar in their pizza sauce every other borough it's more savory and they dont put any sugar. Personally live the sauce both ways can't go wrong with pizza. keep the recipes coming really enjoying your channel!

If the San Marzano can doesn’t say DOP certified they are not authentic San Marzanos. Basically just Roma tomato’s, the ones with the certified tells you they are actually native to San Marzano
You ever eat pizza with ketchup? Lol it can’t be nasty ketchup like hunts or Heinz … it has to be Swiss ketchup the thinner/sweeter ones lol it’s probably not available in USA but I mean it’s better than those others lol
