I’ve been watching your videos and they’ve really helped. I’ve been with Navy Federal since July 2023 and I have a the flagship checking, savings, business checking and CDs. I recently just applied for an auto loan and was approved for $55,000 and applied for the platinum credit card and was approved for $25,000. Thank you for your knowledge!
I've been with Navy Federal for 3 years now. I have the green Cash rewards card at the moment. Has just a $2k limit. Got tired of waiting on an increase. Saw your video and applied for the FLAGSHIP rewards card. I was approved for $5k! It's a start 😅. Thanks for your video.
@apollocertified That's precisely what my plan is now. I requested an increase just yesterday to $5k for my cash rewards card. It was approved 👌. Next step is $10k.
I disagree with the platinum being in the ranking where you put it. In my opinion, it should really be switched with the cash rewards. Reason being is that the APR doesn't mean anything at all if you never carry a balance. Having a low APR isn't better than the benefits of the cash rewards card if that's all there is to it, you can benefit far more from those benefits than you would if you were to just have a card with a low APR... doesn't really mean anything to me. But good rest of the video otherwise
I think the more rewards should be number one because of the multiple rewards given. I was approve for 20,000 back in 2022 and up to 30,000 now. I was gonna apply for the flag but I the venture and savor card.
can you make a comparison between capital one secured card vs discover secured card vs navy federal secured card for someone like me who doesn’t have credit history pls?
Seems like the flagship would be most useful only for those who travel alot. Otherwise the more rewards would be better for people who never really travel?
N rewards horrible , just because u gotta spend 5k to get 50 bucks , even the secured quick silver would offer u 75 dollars. Kept this card for two years still never graduated so just closed it and moved on to others unfortunately
I have horrible credit and got the secured card to build credit. Paid off some pay day loans that I had that was killing my debt to income ratio and once they came off my credit I had the score to prequalify and it suggested all the cards. Only had the secured for a month in a half. Do I wait to graduate or accept offer.. and which card should I get
I’ve been with Navy Fed since 2016 and got my go rewards card in 2017. I got a 2,400 limit in mine I like my card. I should ask for an increase though I don’t know if they will give it to me though 🤷🏽♂️.
Is it true that if you apply for a navy Federa cc an get approved...the next cc you apply for you an get approved...will there only be one hard inquiry??
My first one is the flagship. When I checked to see which I qualified for all of them came up so I chose that one( go big or go home right??) I'm going to get another one but is it possible to get the flagship twice 🤔
I was having the same issue. What I did that made a huge difference was getting the SaveFirst Account $5 to open, Cert Spec EasyStart account $50 to open. These were in addition to the basic savings and Easy Checking accounts. I was finally able to get the CashRewards Plus card with a decent CL. I then did a product change to the Platinum with no hard pull since I really wanted to get a decent Balance transfer card.
I have a question i guess i could ask someone from navy federal but I'm going to ask you. I just became a member and i was offered the green cashback card. I was approved for 25k and 14.9 apr but I know i have reallt good credit can i just switch to a better card?
@DavidKB30 Although you may have good credit, NFCU is not just looking at your credit score. It is about your relationships with them. You are able to have multiple credit cards with them most of us have two or more. Also with bank APR’s being higher now that may be the reason for the higher APR.
I like cash back as soon as my purchases post. I chose the green card and use my Fidelity card for 2% back. I sue my G1 for the 4% cash back on gas; stopped chasing yield on fuel cost. I don’t like paying interest and like to have all of my pennies working. I think I paid $1.27 last year in interest to Navy Federal because I was tight. Still living low on the hog. Hopefully I won’t have to pay more interest

My first car financed with Navy Federal
Nice work my friend. What was your credit score at time of being approved on the car loan?

Every 6 months you request for an increase. I’m not sure if you’re waiting on the bank to suggest an increase. I’m not sure if you know that or not

You explained these so well. Bless you because I have been LOST!

Thank you for sharing additional features that Navy Federal credit cards have. I was not aware.
I have the rewards card, working towards the Flagship! Thanks Ish as always!!
Very welcome! Thank you as always !! 🙏
You’re swaying me to NFCU versus PenFed.
Just got approved for the platinum credit card it’s not much but hopefully I get a increase in a couple of months
how much was it for and whats your credit score, if you dont mind me asking
Thanks for your vids. They helped me get the flagship card in 3 months
I have the cash rewards and more rewards… flagship will be next.
Hello. Just curious..did you apply for the flagship rewards card yet? If so, did you get it?
@@davidbassett8409 no i haven’t applied yet
Fast talking great video. No fluff 😂

Holy crap is that go rewards better than even the gold amex card zero annual fee 3x rewards the welcome bonus and others damn…..

I thought the cash rewards was better based on your other vids
Can you explain more on how to transfer balance from chase cc to navy federal. Thanks
Give us a video on More Rewards Card
Got you brotha 💯 it’s coming
@JustMoneyish thanks. I was denied for credit usage. When should I reapply?
@@bowlerfamily Was it high usage of only NFCU or all your other cards combined?
@@Prosperous8532 all of my cards. I don't have NFCU cards.
Awesome video thanks.
🙏
Much love but the flagship is a bust for me. But it's definitely a solid card if you travel!
Jan 23rd 2024....Subscribed 🎉💪🏾👌🏾
My first one is the flagship. When I checked to see which I qualified for all of them came up so I chose that one( go big or go home right??)
I'm going to get another one but is it possible to get the flagship twice 🤔
I was thinking the same because I got the more rewards 1st and trying to figure out should I go flag or another more rewards
More rewards #1 imo for 90% of people
I keep getting denied with navy federal. Maybe I have too much credit card debt that I’m paying off..

I got a cash advance fee on the Blue card
I think you value the Platinum card a little too much 😅 IMO, it’s right above the nRewards card
When are you gonna do videos for penfed credit cards?
I was actually thinking about that today, maybe next week !
Does being an authorized user for a card count for how many cards you can have?
This might be a crazy question be to get approval for the n rewards secure credit card to your have to do the 12 clock hack
