This is for the 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.8 v6
My no start comes from a new computer at first installing the unit all the dash lights comes on but when time to start all lights goes off except the engine light the first couple of days when trying this then just last night the disabled message showed up now. on the old computer there’s no problem with starting at all so some how the computer is having an issue with letting me start the car
yup.. thats what was wrong.. the plastic module was broken!.. If I hadn't watched your video I would have had it towed to a shop.. ordered from GMC 239 bucks plus tax.. im happy at least I figured it out with a little help!
Did you have to program it ?
@@Dan_nie2427 I did the key method where you switch it to run and off and back to run every 10-11 min 3 times
I lost my keys and i was wonder if i can just get it from the junkyard with keys and everything?
Did you also try to get it from autozone or any of them stores or only from a Chevy/gmc seller store ?

My 2006 Grand Prix won't start up because the anti theif lock is on and I can't get it off
Mine too ! A lot of good this guy does because I'm not about to go buy the tooling he's got.
How you like that key tool you use
Its pretty nice, many features that i dont use , or i should say have not or dont know how to use yet.
Mines broke as well can i just but the transponder ring or do i need to buy whole ignition lock?
wow, now I wanna drive back and check that piece of the ignition switch. I cant figure mine out same message ive tried the relearn many times and also a transponder bypass nothing has worked Im married to this fucking car i got for 750 bucks lol
