The limited does have an optional second row bench seat with how comprehensive and amazing this video is im really suprised you made that mistake... you probably should edit and add in some text stating that in fact there is an option for it.
Thanks for catching me, they are optional, should have mentioned it in the standalone options section. I'm going to highlight your comment. Thanks
This guy does the best reviews on UA-cam. He covers every feature of the vehicle and knows what he's talking about. Great job...
19brandon66 well gee wiz he is a ford manager that is his job duh
Thank you for the detailed video. Really well done. Cheers
I got my Limited Friday 5-22-2020. I have had '94 '02 '12 but the 2020 is the best riding and handling I have had. I still have the 2012 with 150k and it still rides like a top. The rear seating is way better heated captains seats are great way more power than expected
This is a great, informational review. Well done!
GREAT DETAILED REVIEW AS USUAL!!!
Unfortunately I’m in Ontario Canada but that was probably the best video I’ve seen on the explore and all the options very well done
Great Job Very Informative
Very informative video! Aside from the microphone rubbing several times throughout and making me dead, this video made me even more excited to pick up my 2020 Explorer limited on Monday 😍
Hope there is a review on the Explorer hybrid coming up soon.
Enjoy your informative videos on the Explorer. It seems the XLT can be optioned with all the safety features and options of the Limited but for a few thousand less?
Thanks for this video because I’m about to inherit this car from my great grandpa and I’m coming from a 2009 Nissan murano so I didn’t know how to use the new car lol
How can I change the radio source from the steering wheel buttons on the XLT?
I think you make the greatest Explorer videos. I order my 2020 Explorer ST out here in CA on 3/28/19. It was built on 7/18/19 & now it is in limbo. The Ford Vehicle tracking website says “In Production” ever since. On another website, shop.ford.com it says it was “Sent Offsite “. I know the Safety Recalls are at issue here but nobody knows when they will get around to releasing it. Any way you may have magical powers to get any more info on my Explorer order? Let know if you want the VIN. Thank for your help.
Does the limited have a push button second row capitan chairs? I hate the manual lift handle to fold them
Is there a right hand drive version of this Explorer or the XLT ? I completely love and enjoy your reviews. As detailed as they can be. Thank you.
Should be, you will need to contact your countries Ford dealer for that configuration.
You are wong about 2nd row bench being an option. I just bought one. It is an $495.00 option.
but how does the rear-wheel-drive in the snow with traction control?
Hi nice efforts and video. Dear i have observed that some limited cars have BUTTONs to select between the driving modes "snow", "normal" etc. They dont have knob selector like u had in the car. Can u shed some info on it plz if u know?
This was recorded 3 years ago, I can remember.
Thanks for the review
Btw the limited dose have an option of a second row bench
You are right, did I over look it? I'll pin this comment, thanks!
Long McArthur btw I have a few questions about the XLT.
I have a 2017 XLT dose the 2020 XLT also have an option to have a auto dimming rearview mirror ? And dose the 2020 XLT also have an option to have auto dimming driver side mirror ?
And dose the 2020 XLT also have the option of having hands free lift gate? I love this options but I didn’t saw on any XLT video I watched (your video was the best)
@@whocarse6201 Auto Dimming Interior Mirror is available on the 301A and 302A, exterior auto dim is not available on the XLT, and tailgate release is not available on XLT.
Who Carse just bought mine yesterday with a bench 2nd row. Limited with pano and 20” wheels (like this vid). Guess he made a mistake.
Does anyone know what the round small circular thing thats right above the rear view mirror ? Its in the left part of the housing of the lane departure camera housing.
I believe that is the microphone for the SYNC system.
@@longmcarthur The microphone is above the sun visor. The part i was asking about is the ambient temperature sensor for the climate control. Dealer told me that. Thanks for replying though.
Did they resolve the carbon monoxide getting inside the cabin or is it still an on going problem?
Issues were resolved with the 2020
So you can’t even get a bench in the second row in the limited? Good
You can add the 35/30/35 Bench Seat as a standalone option. I missed that.
Long McArthur but the captins chairs are standard?
@@finncampeau4922 Correct
Long McArthur awesome. was it the opposite before?
@@finncampeau4922 I can't remember on the 2019 without looking it up.

I see no difference between this car and the Platinum
6 vs. 4cyl
6 cylinder twin turbo vs 4 cyl single turbo. Nirvana leather massaging seats park assist real wood trim higher tow rating 5600 lbs and two panel sunroof is standard. thats about it both are amazing but hard to justify the extra cost of the platinum when they offer this with similar power and vastly improved mpg. 27 hwy vs 22 hwy is pretty significant.
