I've been doing these workouts for a few months now(probably 6ish) and I feel like a kid again. Just turned 48 and I swear I recover and feel like i'm 22 again. Dr Ekberg's diet got me started in the right direction and these work outs finished off the transformation. I love starting my day off with HIIT. I hope you bring the weight routines back! I just bought an adjustable set of dumbbells so I could increment up with your workouts. Thanks for all you do!
So glad I found his workouts. I use them 3-4 days a week now. So much better than 1.5-2 hrs in the gym lifting weights every day

I love this style. I do your videos after weight training and am usually too exhausted to do squats or pushups. This is perfect.
Love it that there are no squats nor lunges
Squats and lunges destroy my knee for the rest of the day! I feel like they are not worthy of health consumption. Too much effort for so little calories burnt. Even jumping jacks are a lot easier to excute as the strain the knee much less than lunges and Squats
