I am not able to do proper cardio because of my TFCC tear. I feel depressed sometimes, as I am gaining weight. I hope this will help me. as it is all standing workouts
Would be great if you could incorporate also some new moves. These 15 min are great , if wanting more it’s easy to add one of yours 10 min videos like abs or arms etc .
