- I decided to upgrade the GPU for my recently purchased PC. Due to the SFF size of the PC, the GPU choices are quite limited.

You put the GTX in the x4 slot, this is different than what I am used to seeing with big name UA-camrs who won't even try and then complain about stuff like this. You stuck with your SFF PC and still used it. Props to you man

Don't forget the rtx a2000 released in 2021 which has ray tracing is single slot at half height and smaller than the 1650 and in most tests slightly outperforms the desktop 3050
the rtx a2000 isnt single slot or is it?
Never seen a single slot a2000, who makes those? That would be perfect for an optiplex since the larger faster pcie is right next to the PSU. Dell should have put the x16 on the top and the x4 slot on the bottom dangit

I'll add my vote for the RX 6400 and mention that they're A LOT cheaper than the 2 cards you used. I got mine for $150 US from Amazon, which is almost 25% than the T 400 (the smaller version of your T 600) - and it fit in my old Optiplex like it was designed for it...

give team red a chance! RX 6400 runs noticeably smoother and only takes up one slot. i’ve done this comparison on a similar Dell PC.
So at this point which one would be better? GTX 1650 OC or RX 6400? I have an i7 6700 on a Optiplex 7040.
Quadro A2000 can be had refurbished for $249 on Amazon US. Standard 2 slot design, no PCI-e power, blower design, LP bracket, 4x Mini DP, 6GB DDR6, RTX capabilities ( RTX 3050- 3060).
Also RX6400. Very good 1080p gaming performance especially in newer PCI-e Gen 4 system. Very high clock speed 2300+ MHz, 4 GB DDR6, 1 slot design. $100-140 on Amazon US

Most powerful GPU that would fit is the RTX A2000 12GB. That should be significantly faster than the 1650.

You should try Tesla P4. But it requires an integrated graphics as it doesnt have display output. But people call it a lighter version of GTX 1080/1070

A lot of times, the PSU is the limitation for gpu in sff
Thanks for your opinion. That’s true. But I got lucky that this SSF Dell has 240w PSU and PCIe port can provide 75w at most. Sufficient for every LP GPUs.
@@thinhdora I had an inspiron 3268 that only had a 180w PSU, perhaps I could only add in a 1030. All the best.

i figure out to ensanble a mini pc "for play" .. with an rtx 2060 colorful battle axe.. very small graphic card for rtx

Not sure how many people care - but the K1200 is based on MAXWELL and not KEPLER. Despite the K in the name, it is based on the GTX 750 chip. I would assume it would have better encode/decode capabilities as such.
try gigabyte rx 6400 lp, and if you have a money nvidia A2000

just swap away the case bro, there are many desktop case that can fit all the stuff in, even your thick and long axs psu

Gtx 1650 is way better. It lasts about 4 times longer to idiot. And can be caried on to anew system when you upgrade
