Thank you for the honest glue pull, so many videos try to hide the imperfections and amount of time spent.
AWESOME ! Thanks So 😊 🙏, Much ! I was AMAZED & ordering kit today ! Just backed into electric pole next to my driveway & trying to figure out how to lighten THE BLOW to the Hubby & my dent is like the one in video....Yep ! Thanks Again ! Penney C , Al
Awesomely entertaining and informative ! You're the Man Who Can ! Is this procedure for Pro's only, or can a "where's the battery?" guy like me do this ?
I'm impressed 👏 great job
Great video and helpful. Thank you. Good job too.
Something to try on another large repair. Put three rods in there horizontal like you have it and then 1 rod vertical so when you pull the vertical rod you pull all three horizontal rods at the same time! Good work!
Great job and I think you should try the SPANESI PULL UP glue pulling system as it’s brilliant 👌🏽
I didn't like the placement of the tabs at first but I was wrong. That was awesome, that part of the bed is so hard to fix. You got me wanting some of those tabs now!
you got a lot of dents laying around ?
1,000 things every man should know how to do. This marks number#1.
Very nice, I think I need cam-auto in my life!👊🏻
Great job guys .
I wish that I had that equipment 40 years ago when I was doing body work it amazes me that paint doesn't crack
We can do some pretty neat stuff with PDR these days. That being said, a lot of what we do is thanks to body men paving the way 40 years ago! We’ve adopted a lot of body shop techniques for PDR over the years!
Excellent! Two thumbs 👍
That looks cool !!! I used to buy wrecked Rangers and since we didnt have too much money when we started in business, I would put the wrecked Rangers between 2 big trees to pull thebent frame back out.
Where do you get the blue holders and the pins that go thru blue? Bar as well as well the glue which leaves nothibg behing? 😮Great jog my friend!!
Nice work Jim that was proper caved in! Working with an audience too!
Lol the audience were the other techs. No big deal they helped.
Easy day then!
Haha this was a “well fuck it let’s try a thing” on a Friday. It was our fun for a day!
@@dentremover01 Any suggestions on where I can hire somebody to do this type of work in the Los Angeles area?
@@RealWorldPDRTraining is there a vid covering the remaining PDR or at least a final result?
How much do you charge for a dent repair like this one? Trying to get an idea of how much I'm looking at if I take mine in somewhere.
Genius i need to get all that
can you come out to California to fix my truck? Great job guys!!!
I need this kit!!!
awesome skills
A perfect day, glad it was not raining. Now why did you not dream up that system!
Good question!!!!! I think that sometimes.
Cant quite put my finger on it, but your videos make me chuckle every time Jim. Is Charles exporting this system to the UK yet.
Want to go the whole hog and get the elite system. Bugger the expense...don't tell Charles that
Hahaha you secret js safe!!!! I don’t know, if he’s not he should be!!!
@@RealWorldPDRTraining tell him to send one quick before all you guys in the states have em all
Where can u get this tools to buy .they are great
Brilliant! I have a pole in my driveway and ratchets....I can do this! Thanks!
I’d recommend against it, there’s a bit more to it than that…. But hey! It’s your vehicle, I can’t tell you how to live!
@@RealWorldPDRTraining why do you recommend against it? It seemed to work in your video. I don’t have the fancy tools pdr guys have this seemed to work great.
@@living9377 it’s pretty easy for things to go sideways and cause more damage. If you’re going to do it, take it veeeerrrry slowly. Even if you bulk it out, be happy! Don’t attempt to take it too much farther than that, things will get pretty squirrelly I promise. Good luck, let me know how it goes!
@@RealWorldPDRTraining I know what you mean. I saw how you did it slowly and will try to do it gently. Thanks for the vid and the tip
@@living9377 Curious, how did it go?
Hey what glue and stuff were you using
Great work
Thank you! Cheers!
Great job. You and other techs here are showing realy metal movement more than a simple nickel size dent.
exactly
How about on the rails?? My rails were bent in dents everywheres possible when i bought the 98 ram 1500 Laramie SLT st truck with the long bed setup 8' cargo box can you do some videos on those
That's sweet!
Pretty good
w/ your mad skillz there doing pain-less dent repairs..... how long in honest time.... did it take the 2 of u to slowly pull this bed side dent out w/ the cam auto glue pulling system w/ the ratchet strap & the phone pole here........??? & if this was a customers rig what would u all charge him money wise...... ???? & where's your dent repair shop at or the name of it so i can google search it plzzzzz cus i have a very similar bed side dent i too want pulled out like u did here.......... let me know plzzzz awesome job too here !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cool. Great work getting it to that point. You are an insanely funny dude, enjoyed the entertainment while watching. I like the ratchet strap pull method you used. How did the finished job turn out? I know you got it spotless.
Oh I wouldn’t say we got it spotless. It was probably a 90 percent repair. Customer was stoked though! So it’s a win!
Thanks! I figure if I’m gonna ask you to watch my content it should probably be funny or why would someone bother?!

Impressive
impressive as usual. Imma shoot you an email here pretty quick. Im the one who does custom merch and now pdr so you'll be hearing from me.
Thanks

NextdayT'Z DIZZLE 432 sounds good!
What did you use to stick it onto the truck and what’s in the bottle to get it off? The set I ordered only came with the bar and the blue pieces but nothing else
There's a ton of these "almost done" videos out there but 90% of the work is yet to come.
There’s a ton of these “all done” videos on www.realworldPDR.com this one included. You’re absolutely correct. Clean up work takes just as long and longer than the first 70 percent. If you watch any of the other videos on my channel with large damage I repaired, you’d hear me talk about that at length.
This was a cam auto demonstration.
Nice job can you tell the secret who sells those finger those pulling fingers
Yes
Good
Jesus H Criste dam it man -would have not believed it if I hadn’t seen it my self -frigin loved it - 5 stars to you an that puller ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What type of adhesive is it? Hot glue?
where did you purchase that pulling kit from?
Do you have a link to where you bought it from?
Good job. What spray is used to remove glue?
91% alcohol
This is exactly what happened to my truck! I need this done, please share cuz folks are quoting me $2500 which is so sneaky when I see things like this online.
Would you do everything you just watched him for less?
We’re Can I get the dent puller kit glue and tabs please and thank you I need it ?.

Yeah loved it !
no matter what city & state we all live in ...does all dent repair shops or mobile shops charge differantly for the same or similar bed side dent u all can pull out w/ this cam auto glue pulling system........ ????? if so why does it cost differ so much in honest thought's there.........?????
Yes, where can I get this! I’ve got a dent to pull!
K. What time do I bring my truck over?
Were can i order this system boss i have the same truck same dent ?
What was the spray to release the tabs from the truck???
Where can I buy those tools/glue?
Hells fire I would put a pole in where every I was going to work - probably in a garage out of the weather oh yea 👍
I've got a dent similar to this. That looked like a lot of work so my plan is to get under the truck, take the heel of my boot, and kick the shit out of the dent till it pops out.
We're do I buy the stuff to this
Where can I find this!
Wow
Yo what is the glue you use to hold the blue holders in place where you can then remove them with no residue?
We were using cam-auto glue and isopropyl alcohol will take hot glue off cleanly
Where is this kit sold?
I have something like that needs to repair .. what is the name of the glow you were using and what kind of liquid you were using, thanks brother..
That's Cam Auto Glue, with 91 percent isopropyl as a release agent. That being said, I can not recommend that you try to repair your own dents. I've been at this for 16 years and I'm quite good at teaching PDR, but my team and myself do make it look easier than it is. If you insist on trying yourself, just go SLOOOOOWWWWW don't cause more damage than was there originally in an effort to repair.
Where do you get your beats?
How much to repair a dent this size?
Hey Jim, what’s the blending tip on the hammer? One of them is the black powder, what’s the other one?
That the hubcap get it through carbon tech.
Where do I get one
What's up Jim ??
Which CamAuto kit do you recommend? It looks to me like the Euro Kit is a great one to start with.
You know, I did it like I do and just went crazy. Rarely do I not find a place for tools in my arsenal, so the more the merrier. I’ll look at it and maybe get Charles the owner to weigh in on it too.
Ok talked to Charles. He’s the owner he said that the elite kit is a good start. If you can swing it, the monster kit will give you a more full cam auto experience.
Man look at that you tube subscriber customer service!!! Boom.
Anyone around the DFW, Texas area that does body work on the side? I'd like to get in touch
The paint is the most impressive thing. The way you pulled it is really awesome but how in the hell did the paint not chip or crack. wow. I need to fix my tailgate where I managed to hit it with a trailer, but I will almost for sure have to re paint atleast a portion of the tailgate. either way good video
It did notice he didn't zoom in
@@julianarquette-gutierrez4603 you’re a real winner. I fix these day after day with no paint damage. You must have real time in your hands

@@RealWorldPDRTraining no problem I was looking for a quick fix my wife came home about three hours ago with a dent in my truck it's 2019 dodge ram 2500 black she hit a yellow pole in foodlion parking lot smh right at the back she put a dent in it.It had yellow on it I got it off and I swear the boiling water and plunger worked its not even close to new but it mite have been because it just happened I no you no way more then me about this matter does that boiling water hurt my clear coat or weaken it I done did it now didn't see the pros and cons till afterwards now I'm wondering if I weakened my protection there were I put the hot water on it
Wow!!!
That’s what I thought too!
WTF that's awesome
Wtf. You’re awesome.
The most important and awesome part of this dent pulling repair is there seems to be no heat of any kind that burns off the rust proof protection on the inside (back side) of the metal panel. Because, when someone tac welds them metal dent pulling stems to the surface to be pulled out, as well as using a cool torch on the panel it burns so many spots and area’s inside the panel that begins immediately rusting right through the repair.
Did you ever notice seeing so many newer vehicles that had bodywork done (on the sides) and painted rust bubbles over the exterior wheel well's are popping out, bumping out all over, mainly above the rear tires on pickup’s.
Kid you don't no what you talking about hot water is not a hot as welding smh boy you can tell you a child stop being a tryhard kid
Maybe when you get a job and car you will understand a Lil better
What kit

What kind of glue are you using
In this video it’s cam auto glue
wer do u get the tabs?
Wow great video
👍👍👍👍 where do you get them large tabs from?
Cam Auto.... they’re great. Lots of options too
Is it wierd that looks fun?
What about hot water ?
Not bad,
I’m late to the party but, what’s the name of this kit minus the ratchet straps of course? Fixin to pull a dent outta my 78 GMC van that a 3 ton moving truck decided to put in it during the last snow storm…..not sure if this’ll work on an old solid steel van body but, I’m willing to try anything. Thanks!
It would work if the paint holds. It’s a kit from a company called Cam Auto. Frankly it’s too damn expensive for the do it yourself crowd. I run a dent shop so we get plenty of use out of it, but if it’s not something you’ll use often, it might be cost prohibitive.
And even if you’re late, thank you for taking the time to watch!
@@RealWorldPDRTraining thanks for that. Appreciate it man. Any suggestions on old steel!? I’m pretty heart broken over this dang dent….that van is my baby.
can this be done to classic car era guage steel? its heavier
Yes it can
Where can I order those pads from that you used to put on the dent?
It's in the description camautopro.com/en/
Amazon or ebay has them
I'm a pdr tech a good Suction cup would have worked a whole lot faster if your good with cups
I have a debt a bit larger than this, the PDR guys that I have called said they don’t want to deal with it because it’s too big. Any suggestions?@@LSXMILLER
@@petrolo72 without being able to see it I can't say I can do a whole lot more then any pdr tech I know I mix old school auto body and pdr together I wish I can see your damage would love to help you out

Would this work as well on a cab of a truck?

What glue did u use for that job?
Cam-auto glue I believe
What is the gauge of the metal on the bed?
What can I use to many the pads stick?
