Suggestion: don't say 'my' anxiety. That implies ownership and we don't want to give up what we own. Say 'the' anxiety instead. That neutralizes is a bit and separates it from us. It's a small but important distinction. I love you videos! So informative and well made. Thank you! 😊

That's such an interesting point! I remember when I was having super bad panic attacks, I kept having the thought, "No one else could possibly feel this crazy! Something is wrong with me." Realizing and knowing that other people have actually felt that bad/anxious, it really helped me feel less alone and less like I was bad, distorted, or broken. It was a huge change for me. It can hard to let go of the ownership and loneliness of intense and disabling emotional states, but knowing you aren't alone means everything. ❤

❤ Oat straw tea - I make tea blends with it using rose petals & lavendar for a spring tea and cardamom with cinnamon in the winter. 😊

Can I use the dried skullcap herbs for my tincture?

Yes but it will come out as more sedative than a fresh tincture but that might be very helpful! I suggest making one and testing it out and seeing how you like it and then comparing that to a fresh tincture!

whole foods is really good, they add synthetic vitamins in milk and bread that are used to preserve food. Fortified foods, or enriched but those chemicals aren't good for the body
