  • This gentle Breathe and Flow yoga class is great for complete beginners. This could be your first time doing yoga and this is exactly the video you want to start with. Bre will explain everything more thoroughly and slow as well as guide you through the movements, breath and talk about the right mindset and philosophy for the practice. All you need is your mat and an open mind. Listen to your body which means if something is painful, please skip it or modify so that there is no pain anymore. You can pause the video any time and then continue when you feel ready.     I’ve just started the 75 Hard challenge and one of my goals was to get into Yoga and this video is amazing. Even though it was a beginners I was able to close my eyes the entire video and just let your voice guide me, even stayed on the floor for an extra 10 minutes after the videos ended. Will definitely be doing this one again

    I’m doing #75hard for the second time. The first time I did it, I noted that I didn’t have enough time in the morning to drive to the gym, workout for 45 minutes, drive home, shower and get ready for work. So I looked up 45 minute Yoga for beginners. I have been alternating between this video and Flo’s beginner vinyasa yoga class. Perfect for a beginner like me. Thank you for this!

    I'm on Day 10 of the 75 Hard. Yoga is a goal of mine but I could never stick with it. Today, this was exactly what I needed! Thank you! I feel like I can keep practicing this! 😌

    Been doing this every other day now for three weeks. I feel so much better. 75-80% of my knee pain is gone and way more movement in my hips !!!! I can squat for about 8-10 seconds😂. BUT i couldn’t even get into squat when i started

    Hearing pain is real but suffering is optional hit hard. Your videos and practicing to them is opening my life at 58 in ways I’d not imagined. My prayers are being answered. 🙏🏾

    So, I’m in day 3 of 75hard and I focus one of my workouts on yoga, and I am very much the beginner. I started crying during the last pose, I thought something was wrong with me, but I looked it up and read that it’s common and a good thing, a good release and knowing more of yourself. Thanks so much for this vid, definitely hit something deep down.

    I’m a five time Ironman when i was young (21). Im 58 now and this is the best yoga routine I’ve ever done. Just did my second round of this. I get a ton of pain relief from a hip injury. I’ve never had any yogi say anything about body movement by torso size etc.

    I started implementing yoga into my daily self care. My local classes are a bit too expensive, so I started looking into yoga videos on youtube. I just want to say thank you to this yogi. That 45 minutes felt like 10, and I felt such a profound sense of relief that at the end of this session I found myself completely balling my eyes out. I have a lot of stored trauma, and this session felt healing. Thank you.

    Just love your classes Bre! Very good instruction, easy to follow when I can't see the screen during a pose; so thank you! I am 57 years young and practice several times weekly for past few years. I feel better and younger than ever in my life. My beautiful 17 year old daughter now practices daily too.     Sorry, my english is horrifying.
    I am a frontliner, a surgical nurse. cannot stay home.
    I also do step, bodystyling, indoorcycling and other workouts as an instructor. now the gyms are closed. so i started Yoga again. it‘s 10 years ago and that’s why i’m using your beginner videos which are great. best regards, stay safe and healthy. RONNY🙏🏻

    Thank you. I am 58 years old and suffer chronic pain from a lifetime of professional dance, cocktailing in Vegas, and then sitting for almost three years as I earned my Bachelor's degree in nursing. 2023 I plan to figure out how to save my body. Meanwhile I joined the gym and do some type of yoga at home daily. I cry a lot but after your class today I felt renewed. I've traveled to Thailand and could imagine myself there with you today.

    Even though this was a Beginner-friendly flow, I really enjoyed this gentle practice. My body feels tired today and wanted something gentle and slow, which is how I discovered this gem of a class. Thank you so much for your soothing guidance and also for telling us more about the poses (fe. Malasana, which is such an interesting fact). 💖

    I am in a hotel quarantine and i have always wanted to try yoga for my back, thankyou! , i thouroughly enjoyed trying the gentle beginers yoga, i feel brilliant and my back feels such release. Your teaching methods are easy to follow, i like one of the descriptions at the startwhich was toenail polish side down that was a great way to comprehend where to put the feet. Beautiful setting as well!

    I could stare at this house endlessly, so beautiful 💚 I did this practice so many times in the past and yesterday i tried going back to yoga and in result i woke up with strong pain in one side of my hips (joint). Perhaps because something was clicking in my joint during one exercise (38min) 😶

    I loveeeed this class and am that you had to say. Definitely one of my favorites! Most yoga classes are so predictable and my mind already knows what to expect in the next pose that it’s hard to remain in the moment.     this was a perfect level of challenge for my body as someone who hasn't done yoga for years and hasn't done my usual physical activity (ballroom dance) since we got locked down in march, and a perfect level of non-challenge mentally as all the poses were simple to follow. thank you for this video!

    Great class! Been out of practice for 2 months due to an ankle injury and this was such a nice way to get back to it. I did frog pose instead of squats for my ankle :)

    I just finished your video earlier today like omg. There were parts of my body where the stretching was hitting the soreness from when I do high intensity workouts.
    I realized how it's embarrassing that my body can't go all the way down and I barely have any flexibility. I'm incorporating yoga into my Hiit workouts

    Hi, I’m just a yoga beginner (a year and a half of practice) and yet there is a issue I realize is central: how to deal with frustration when you realize that you can’t. do that asana.       the practice begins when you realize you are getting frustrated. there is no reason to. go meditate more, it solves most of the problems in human existence. know yoga is a process of patience so take your time, it is all good if you start meditating daily. thanks for subscribing 🙏

    I have been experiencing a lot of anxiety and got pretty lazy these last few week, it would be great if there were more videos like these to help ease into getting back into it :) A few more videos for slow flows would be great and some that incorporate more breath flows as well :D
